Owen Palmer's Online Review Report Card

Trying to get an update on when my mother was scheduled for surgery was like moving through a maze. I had to call to get find out when, the time went by, no surgery, etc this happened 3 times within the day and on 2 separate surgeries. I have waited NO LESS than 20 minutes to talk to an office nurse/scheduler each time when calling the office to schedule an appt - this happened 6 times and counting. TWENTY MINUTES. That is ridiculous and unheard of. Hire more staff or figure out a way to expedite the queue. A completely disorganized office and team that is living in the 1970s.

He is not a doctor. He is more like a vet at the zoo along with his "team". No medical skills, no social skills, no communication skills. He is nobody, just nothing.

This doctor cannot be called a doctor; he would be good for San Francisco Zoo or some butcher shop. He missed one appointment after another, just name it, never on time, he does not have any professional skills. I would not believe that such doctors are existed.

Shout out to Kerrie, the Nurse of Dr. Palmer. I called the office on Monday, Oct 5 in the morning because my husband needs immediate attention to get checked on his blood vessed calcification located in his abdomen and his excruciating pain on his left leg. Kerrie interviewed me and asked the medical history of my husband. Then she asked me if I can bring him at the Vascular Surgeon's Ultrasound in 1501 Trousdale 5th fooor to bring my hysband on the following day, Oct 6, Tuesday at 1:15 PM. The results came back right after the appt of my husband. The Ultrasound and blood vessel circulation test showed nothing to be worried about and the calcification is not a concern. But of course a full report will be provided to my husband Orthopedic Surgeon. Thank you Kerrie! Now, we have to focus on his lower back pain in S1. All the best to you and your team!!
