Everyone there is so amazing; from Darla/Jill to Nancy/Fran and Dr Jeng and Dr Watkins. They are all so welcoming and carefully take down all of your medical history and concerns. Even if they are just passing by, they all introduce themselves. No wait. Clean office. Polite staff. What more can you ask for?

He actually deserves 0 stars. Hospitalist at Glendale Adventist. My mother was admitted to the hospital on a Wednesday evening and he discharged her on Saturday without ever seeing her. After prescribing Norco for her excessive pain, he wanted to discharge her with an anti-inflammatory!! No diagnosis no treatment plan. I called his office and he was busy in meetings or with patients. I see he has a spa Practice where he does cosmetic procedures. He should stick to that profession and leave hospitalist work to the professionals.

Originally, I met Dr. Jeng in the hospital. I was in there for a spike in my blood sugar. Needless to say, I am a bit on the heavy side. The doctor and the hospital staff met with me regarding my diabetic management which apparently included some weight loss. I went into dr Jeng’s clinic the following week after I was discharged. He was pretty patient with my venting of my weight loss struggles. Mostly, I’ve tried diet and exercise and it takes me 5 weeks to lose 2 lbs. that’s a lot of work to see little to no results, which then makes me feel bad about myself (and so the cycle starts). Anyway, I was pretty skeptical about what he could do for me given the lifetime of weight struggle I’ve lived through. Well, after week 1 I had only lost 1/2 a pound... BUT by week 2 I lost 2 lbs!!!! I have now been with him for 6 weeks, and I’m down 10 lbs! He didn’t just do one treatment to help me, he made a tailored regimen for me that wasn’t complicated; I haven’t even been exercising as much as I should be (lack of time) and I’m still having great results.

I have a list of health issues... so, I’m in and out of the hospital pretty frequently, and around doctors and nurses weekly. (Dialysis). Anyway, my conditions are always complicated and it’s never just treat one thing and then go home. This doctor made sure from head to toe I got checked out and treated. He understood that my kidney issues affect everything... he made sure I was checked out by a cardiologist, the nephrologist, AND even the podiatrist! Dr. Jeng was so thorough! So, it made me really trust him with the maintenance of my health... so, I switched him to be my PCP. I’m sure this will mean less hospital visits from now on. It’s great having a hospital physician as my PCP because I know he is well practiced with more complicated and multiple health issues.

I was in the hospital after several days of pain and fevers. The doctor found I had an infection. I'm not entirely privy to the medical lingo, but the doctor was comprehensive in making sure I understood what was going on with my health and what they were doing to treat it. Although, no one enjoys being in the hospital, he really made the whole experience less stressful.

My father saw this dr. at the hospital and he was absolutely not helpful. He was supposed to give my father a treatment and he refused to do it as my dad regularly gets it done. obviously didn't read his chart to see what treatments he had in the past. He wanted to discharge him, knowing he had an infection, but refused to tell me where it was. i told him i would not take my father home without a proper diagnosis. Additionally, he refused to give him a medication with his treatment, making his blood pressure drop extremely low. He refused to come talk to me in person, he waited until i left the room to come look at my dad. He didn't talk to me once in person, but instead called me for a super sort conversation. the second time around he didn't even want to talk to me, he said he was with another patient and never came to the room. he has horrible bedside manners and he is just not a good dr. that cares. he is just collecting a paycheck. Next time we are back to the hospital, I will make sure we don't get him. Avoid him at all cost!!!
