Anna Guanche's Online Review Report Card

One of the worst experiences, would not recommend. I set up the appointment months in advance, was so excited because a friend recommended her. Came all the way from the Bay area down to see her and wasted my money and time. She was late, aloof and just not a nice person. And worst of it all the Botox placement didn't even work.

Wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She's highly insensitive, unpunctual and not compassionate. My appointment was for 1.20pm, I went in there at 1.10pm to fill my paperwork. She came in to see me at 2.25pm! I checked with the nurse a couple of times and she informed me that the doctor is running late! Why make so many appointments when you cannot keep up with them? I went to get my acne checked, she didn't even take a look at my skin, let alone a close one! Without asking my skin type, food habits or duration and frequency of my acne bouts, she started recommending some creams. I asked her to first tell me the cause of all my acne, she said....“do you want any treatment or not?” I told her I want to know what I should or shouldn’t do to avoid this, so she provided some generic responses like - could happen to anyone, could be due to variety of factors etc. On probing further, she mentioned food habits, genetic reasons etc. Bottom-line is, she was of no help and I had to waste 2 hours of my life to find that out! Last but not the least - I think she assumed I live in a well (how derogatory/racist/whatever!). She looked at me, trying to provide a cure and says.. “do you know what a facial means?” 🤭😳

I am so confused by this woman. I think she is just the ultimate narcissist. She talks incessantly about herself, and inappropriately talks about others. Botox and fillers only last so long, I am wondering if she rips her patients off. Been to many dermatologists... this one is lacking professionalism

I recently went to Bella Skin Institute to see if I can brighten up my skin. I ended up doing a Jessner’s peel with Dr. Guanche. It was very comfortable and everyone was very inviting and sweet. Hubby noticed I looked more vibrant. Woo! Can’t wait to go in for another one!

I have been a patient of Dr. Anna Guanche's for about 10 years and I love the entire team at Bella Skin Institute! All of the girls are welcoming and fun-loving, and very professional. Dr. Guanche is beautiful and brilliant - the BEST at what she does. I have always been impressed with my results, whether from a medical or a cosmetic procedure. Dr. Guanche always takes time to hear a patient's concerns and gives many helpful suggestions. I truly look forward to my visits at this office!The office is also very clean and classy, and they are doing a great job of handling patient care during COVID-19. I was very comfortable going into the office during the pandemic.Thank you Dr. Anna Guanche and Bella Skin Institute for all you do!! You ladies make me look and feel fantastic!!

As a patient of Dr. Anna Guanche, I cannot express how much I appreciate this office. The ladies are incredibly professional, highly skilled, and friendly. I have had medical and botox/filler procedures done at their office, and I have always left the office impressed with the care I have received. You will not be pushed to spend a lot of money, or to have procedures you do not need.You can park at the backside of the building...lots of street parking and a valet if needed. No charge for parking with valet, but I did tip him.Also, the office is very clean. I was concerned about COVID exposure, but everyone in the office wears masks and they take every person's temperature that comes in. They also space patients apart, so 6 feet distance is maintained. Very important!The care and concern is genuine - keep up the great work :)

Dr. Guanche and her staff are above and beyond amazing!! You feel welcomed, safe and like family. I see her for body checks, since I have a family history of bad moles. When I get the courage to do cosmetics I will only see Dr. Guanche!

Dr. Guanche and her staff are one of a kind! I have the best time when I go for an appointment as I always walk out better than when I came in. Dr. Guanche is very professional and fun which makes my visits more pleasurable.

Dr. Anna Guanche is the absolute best in the dermatology industry. I had open heart surgery 5 years ago and my incision got infected. Dr. Guanche knew exactly what was causing the infection and gave me the needed prescription. Now she is treating my scar which is getting better and fading everyday. Her staff is very welcoming and play a big role in making me feel at ease. Thank you again Dr. Guanche and Bella staff!
