They are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. They schedule months out just to cancel your appt and then have to reschedule you months out again. The wait when you actually get to go see the dr is ridiculous, 2-3 hours of waiting for a 10 minute appointment. The ladies in the front are always so rude and want to rush you off the phone, how any of them are employed is beyond me. They give Dr.Tristan a bad name because she’s awesome! They all need to be retrained on how to deal with parents and kids!

My eight year old daughter has been with this Doctor for years. It is always hit and miss with this office. Today (September 13th)I called in the morning to schedule an appointment to see the doctor. My daughter since Saturday has been having a sore throat. So I call… and call… and call. After 15 minutes of dialing I get a person on the phone who asks me to hold which I do for another additional 25 plus minutes. Then they tell me that they cannot see my Daughter. I tell them I’m available to wait for the whole day to “FIT” me in. Still they won’t take her. I ask for the supervisor. This person still says no. Reminder: My daughter has been with them for years. I ask about obtaining my Daughter’s medical records so that I can seek another Doctor. So easily this supervisor tells me: “ oh you can request thru her new doctor once she gets one.” Just like that they wrote us off. So… I call Dr Vo’s office here in Calexico. Went to them in less than an hour. They tested my Daughter for COVID. Negative. She sees the doctor and it’s a throat infection and he prescribes an antibiotic. Done. Quick. It’s that easy.Look. My daughter has been with Tristan for years and for quite a long time they have been barely accommodating at the least. A lot of people talk about how great this doctor office is and the doctors. Really? So beware…Tired of “Dumbing Down” for this. Time to move on. Oh… don’t believe the hype about this place…it’s not True!

This place is a headache, even if you have an appointment you ended up waiting 1-2 hours more just to have a first contact with practitioner. If you call by phone, you are always put on hold regardless if they are free to answer, you stay there for 15 minutes if you are lucky. Not recommended at all

The front desk staff is very rude. They do not do a good job on updating patients on wait times or the appointment. I have been coming to dr. Tristan for over a year and every time I come here I experience long waits even with appointments. I usually get seen 2 -3 hours after my appointment time. The front staff is absolutely rude and very short with their responses. Anytime you ask them a question they roll their eyes and often say things under their breath. Dr. Tristan herself is absolutely amazing. She’s an excellent doctor, her staff makes the experience very sour. The lady told me she couldn’t update my child’s insurance because I didn’t have a physical copy, I did however have all the information and a digital copy. The lady said she couldn’t type it in. The staff even released personal and confidential information of my child to somebody who was not authorized to get information on my child. They just took some random persons word for it and didn’t verify the identity of the person or the relation. The waits are ridiculous and the staff seems incompetent. Dr Tristan would benefit from a new front desk staff. They’re very incompetent what’s the point of making an appointment if you get seen 3 hours after? It’s honestly ridiculous.

The waiting is horrible. They book what seems like 5 kids at once. The waiting time even with an appointment has never been less than an hour. It's really sad. Very nice doctor...that's when you finally get in and your kids are now having bad attitudes from waiting so long.

Me gustaría mucho que la doctora viera este mensaje, y aún que mi inconformidad no es directamente con ella, si lo es con su oficina y empleados, el día 7 de enero de este año lleve a mi hija a vacunas, le pusieron varias que necesitaba y dos pruebas, al ver la tarjeta de vacunas veo que sólo tenía manrcada 1 al regresar ala oficina y preguntar me dicen que solamente le pusieron 1 vacuna ese día, yo estaba con mi hija y fui testigo de 4 piquetes dos en cada brazo, más 1 piquete en su antebrazo más uno en su dedo, donde esta el registro de las vacunas??? En su tarjeta no! Ni en sus archivos. Que fue lo que pasó????
