Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to Bartz Alta Donna community clinic almost since it opened here in California City. Not many doctors to choose from. The clinic has had a few doctors come and go. But I personally have loved every single one of them. They have been respectful and kind. Have never had a problem . It might take a little longer for your appointment but I don't mind it much. I love the staff and my doctor

I went to this facility as a first-time patient. My apt was for 8 a.m., and I arrived 15 minutes early. The doors were locked, and no one was available. At exactly 8 a.m., the provider, Deborah I Freeman, arrived and opened the door. There were other patients waiting to enter the facility as well. When we got inside, Deborah ( the provider) proceeded to tell us that she could not check us in because she didn't know how and proceeded to make us wait. One of the other patients asked Deborah a question about having to arrive at 8 a.m. when her appointment for her son wasn't until 9. She was worried about having her tiny infant in the lobby because of covid 19. Deborah became visibly angry and aggressively stated, "You can reschedule I am the provider here." The lady was visibly shaken by her interaction. I spoke with her and calmed her down. When I was taken into the back room and was given the standard first-time patient questionnaire, whenever I asked a question, she would get visibly angry and aggressively answer. At times she completely disregarded my questions. The entire visit felt rushed, and the provider acted as if she didn't care for any of the patients. When explaining my history, Deborah looked dead at me and stated I am not listening to you I am filling out this paperwork. When giving detail about my previous diagnosis, she told me its a yes or no answer, answer yes or no. Her manner was very aggressive, angry, and quite agitated. I was under the impression you should always arrive before your appointment to fill out paperwork. The reception staff didn't arrive until 8:30. However, The reception staff and the attending nurse ( not Deborah) was very kind and sweet.

Worst doctors I've ever took my son too. I don't wanna get into details on here because It will be soo long. The nurses and front desk lady was amazing but the doctor was absolutely horrible never will I be back.

Don't the answer phones. Have to walk in to office get anything done,office sends text asking to confirm things when you send reply to text it always shows failure on delivery...???
