"Alexa" was a NP on shift this morning I saw her worst experience ever I won't be returning she didn't treat me well and wasn't very friendly she was very standoffish she didn't help me with my medical needs so now I prefer Exer- Urgent -Care in Camarillo which has X-ray machines and is more professional

I was able to get a same day appointment and Amy Wilson, NP was amazing. She actually takes the time to listen to you rather than tell you what your issue is. She was very helpful and got me going again. I had a severe back injury and she was able to get me up and running. I then had to take my daughter for an appointment and Alina Gregor, NP was so caring and was fantastic! It was my first time doing a “drive thru” like appointment due to my daughter being sick with Covid like symptoms. I appreciate how Cottage Health keeps everyone away from one another as to not be exposed to other sicknesses. Alfred was super friendly and funny! I highly recommend coming here! Professional staff who are warm and welcoming.

I am very impressed by this Cottage UrgentCare facility in Camarillo. Professional yet personable. I was greeted as if I was checking into a fine hotel in Hawaii. Kudos to the staff here that made my visit one to tell my family and friends about. The staff I interacted with - Alfred, Adina Gregor NP, Patty, Courtney and Ashley - have my highest acknowledgment!I recently moved to Camarillo from Orange County, and needed a medical evaluation. I am happy I selected this Urgent Care

I'm thrilled Cottage Hospital is branching out to Camarillo. It's the best hospital other than UCLA.I went for COVID and flu tests. They were done in my car by a incredibly nice, caring, professional staff. Every person who helped me was nice. I wish I had names to commend. I'd go back in a heartbeat.Thank you all for your kindness!

Cottage Urgent Care is awesome! I've had to take three of my kids there for various reasons and they are always so friendly and accommodating. I wish they could be a regular Doctors office.
