List of Dale G Kiker's Reviews
I got referral to go to this office and they have no one to answer their phones. After several tries and no one picking up. I tried again and after 20 minutes of waiting on hold, someone finally picked up, were rude and did not want to help me. I DO NOT recommend this office for anything. I am getting another referral to another pain management. I need one that is responsive and caring.
Dr. Kiker is a great doctor who cares. A special thank you to Ryan Nakasone who has been there for me. Wonderful, caring staff. I hope your shoulder gets better quickly, Dr. Kiker. Allison Carow Brock ❤️
The best people ever. Such a caring place. Every one is kind and patient. The very best caring experience I’ve received in years. Wish I had known about you guys much earlier but I’m now very grateful for your services. Thank you
when I actually got to talk to Dr. Kiker is was good. Talking to him post SI Joint procedure and ensuing pain, fever and problems has been impossible. Can't reach him or schedule appt for follow up.
Had surgery, nurses kept loosing paperwork .. . After Surgery no Antibiotics or Pain medication, Now its 5 days after surgery called them 5 time for Antibiotics still nothing. Dr. Kiker was nice , I haven't had any call backs from Surgery Center to see if I was ok. Changing my mind about having pain pump.
This review did not come lightly The last time I saw Mr kiker he was burned out. First appeared annoyed that he was only available for a Dr's visit and informed me it took time to for a tp. I told him I was marked up and ready for the injctions. He said that I had too many I jections and they were bad for the bone and did not allow me to produce cortisone. I have receivef these shots for over 20yrs. With great success. The shots are going I to a muscle. Not the bone. I went home to look up his claim and found it mostly inaccurate. a majority of hese shots the muscle. I came home to research his claim. After he gave me the tp without the cortisone some vessel was inafertly hit which caused me unable to walk forten days. He authorized an MRI of my Spine. I told him if it did not include the leg I would refuse. That was 2017. I decided to get off all doctor care as well as healthcare to pursue stem cell. It was at this time I found out I had no cartilage. I am currently in a hospital right now getting a hip replacement. Although I have recommended him in The past. I cannot do do now unless he becomes more familiar with cortisone treatments. I caught him on a bad day. But for the inability not to listen and in My opinion not being on the same page of your doctor of over 20 years was arrogant. If you had a problem with my treatment then you should have spoken to my trestingdoctor instead of taking it out on me. Fyi. I had my bones scanned in February 2019. Nothing wrong with my boneds.
Just want to give lots of kudos to Dr. Kiker and Dr. Nokasoni, GREAT pain mgt. Doctors. These guys and their staff are the best!! They take time with their patients, show concern and are very friendly. HIGH RECCOMENDATIONS!!!! I would recommend them to
I had to wait 90 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor, but my visit was excellent. But during a precious visit the PA, David, was extremely rude and dismissive, and was just going through the motions. I felt very depressed after seeing the PA. My experience with Dr Kiker has always very positive, but you can never contact him anymore. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get a replacement for a medication that I had a violent reaction to, and was told I had to discuss it with the PA, not the doctor. Every day they say “David” will call me, but he never does. I have been without my pain medication now for 18 days, and my condition is severe. I feel abandoned.
Great guy, excellent doctor!
I was so impressed with the care and time Dr Kiker spent with me. I've been in pain since I fell 4 months ago and left feeling someone really cared about my health. Most Drs in CA are not proactive but this facility understand I want to be as healthy as I can be. Dr Kiker explained everything carefully and laid out a plan. I am very grateful I found Spanish Hills Pain Management and Dr Kiker.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
