Lol don't go here, seriously. I'm not some type of bot or any fake shit. I have been to this office multiple times and the Dr. is an absolute jerk, the staff is simply mediocre, I haven't had a personal bad experience from them I won't lie. However the doctor was very rude, very impatient, was with him for a few years and was so thankful when I found my new dermatologist. I like to think oh maybe it was a bad day but when I come in 3 times and each time it's a bad experience then that's the point to where you have to say something. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor- go wherever else your insurance is accepted

called to make an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist was terrible. If I was a boss she would be fired if I seen how she was conducting herself. Based on the other reviews the doctors aren't the issues , it's the piss poor front counter service. Oh and I found another provider with professional receptionist

I really like the doctor. I've been a patient for over 5 years. While a few of the nurses on staff are kind and courteous, I encountered one that was rude and a complete (b-word). I believe she is the nurse that handles your refill prescriptions. She hung up the phone and was not kind at all. She also caused me delays in getting my prescription. Be aware that she is there. Not a good look for that office.

I have nothing bad to say about the dr he has really helped my daughters skin out,, but wow his receptions and front office workers are so rude and unprofessional, if he replaced them with some other persons I would be giving him a 5 star review

Dr. Elbaum came highly recommended from 5 family members who live in the area. He is very direct, quick, and gets straight to the point. He did answer all of my questions. He even spotted a problem that I thought was no big deal and he promptly got it taken care of. I've had doctors who chat and shoot the breeze like an old friend, but frankly haven't provided good health care. Dr. Elbaum may not be a social butterfly, but I will take competence over that any day. He is efficient and knows what he is doing. He prescribed a cream for me that my primary care physician scoffed at. Primary care doctor then prescribed pills that only made my skin problem worse. I stopped that and immediately went back to Dr. Elbaum's cream prescription and found near-immediate relief. I'm sold. He's quirky, but he does good work.

The office workers were nice, and professional, and the office clean, but Dr. Elbaum's manner reminds me most of the term "horse doctor." It was the most painful (numbing) injection I have ever had. He said "there may be a little pain".... anyway, for just a biopsy, it certainly was a very bad, painful experience, ….so if you're afraid of "a little" pain, don't go to this doctor.

I only wish I had read the reviews on this guy before I went. I was referred to him by my doctor. I can’t even begin to explain the amount of stress him and his staff put me through. I have had everything go wrong from my paperwork filled out improperly to my prescription not being valid and to top it all off I receive multiple bills for the same visit I already paid for. They are reluctant to fix issues and all around unprofessional. I cannot stress this enough DON’T GO HERE.

Dr. Elbaum was my dermatologist for approximately 6 years. He did plenty of freezing with his liquid nitrogen gun and that's about it. I had to tell him when a lesion was bothering me( as I did about 1 year ago it turned out the lesion was squamous cell cancer. This doctor kept saying with my granddaughter present that the freezing was not doing the job . He removed the one squamous cell cancer . However all the massive other lesions in my body were treated with his laser gun with no response of healing . All this did was leave massive scars on my legs and other parts of my body. I don't recommend anyone to go to this doctor. He's a bad , neglectful doctor. I would rate him 0 but that's not a choice. Please don't go to this doctor.

Terrible! The wait is not long, but this is for a reason. He has patients go in and out so quick! When I see a dermatologist I expect someone to care about my skin and ask me questions. - He just walked in, sat me down, and examined my skin for like 2 min max! I came in for acne and I already informed him that Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid didn't work for me & guess what he prescribed me? Not only did he prescribe me that, he prescribed me A VAGINAL OINTMENT for my FACIAL ACNE. - Please read/research your prescriptions! He expected me to put that on my face!!! He will prescribe you things he knows won't work, just so you can come back! I'm not going back to his office. I think I take better care of my skin than a man who got a degree in it! & that says a lot. - You're better off finding a dermatologist that actually cares about your skin and wants to help you. He just wants to prescribe you a crazy amount of pills and creams just so you can come in every month for a "check up."
