My mom was referred here and the doctor was very nice and very thorough. He worked well with her.

Waited 4 weeks for my exam appointment. Got a text confirming. Called to confirm with Nick. Then 30 minutes later canceling the appointment for tomorrow. No explanation. No apology. Four more weeks for an appointment. This is pure arrogance. And shows me no compassion.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Amundsen. I have a complicated case and he never makes me feel rushed. I've been to countless eye doctors over the last couple of years and there's just no comparison in how you are treated as a patient and the care you receive here. His staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Amundsen to anyone!

Dr. Amundsen and his staff are way above the five star rating.I had shingles and because of the lesion being on my eyelid, my primary doctor sent me to see Dr. Amundsen. I was really impressed by the professionalism in the office. Dr. Amundsen saw me right away and since it was coming up on the weekend he even cared enough to give me his personal cell phone number. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty!!!!!! I deeply appreciate Dr. Amundsen and his staff and highly recommend them. His caring attitude and thorough examination were exemplary! Very disappointing, paid for extra testing, bought the pills, was suppose to get a follow up in 6 months because I paid for the extra macular test and there was no follow up. Office manager sold me sunglasses too small for my face. Glasses I do love I have had to have repaired twice. The first time the office manager fixed them and could not take a moment to let me try them on so they were crooked. Today when I had to get them fixed, I felt they looked crooked but was insulted. Wish Deb would have been there, she takes time and helps you choose glasses that are the right size and is very kind and honest about how they look. After I get my daughter's glasses i don't think I'll be returning. Update: They stepped up and fixed my issue with Deb helping me find a perfect pair of sunglasses. She is amazing. This woman goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for reaching out to make things right.

I have entrusted my eye health to Dr Amundsen for over 25 years and have received 5 star treatment every appointment! Dr Amundsen has my full respect for his knowledge and special attention to my care! He referred me to an eye surgeon for glaucoma and that doctor remarked being impressed by Dr Amundsen and spoke of how Dr Amundsen's knowledge is comparable to his own! The office staff function exceedingly well together supporting all phases of my care and needs. A beautiful office, professional with great people! I always feel welcome there. Yes, I totally recommend Dr Amundsen! 5 star plus!

Called the same day to see if they had an availability and I was able to get in the same day. I added on some services and I’m glad I did, the visit was a great experience and such a friendly Dr and staff.
