Had my first Appt today. They got me in right away the person on the phone was amazing. When I got there the staff was extremely nice. The office was modern and extremely clean. Highly recommend the dental office

I was the kind of person who would only go to the dentist when I desperately needed it because I was anxious and afraid of the pain that dental work can cause. I had work done from various different dentists but now I find myself a repeat customer of Dr. Eric Brown.They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. If someone feels otherwise, you just need to ask and they will be happy to accommodate you. Everyone in this practice is very knowledgeable, patient and most importantly kind.  Their office environment is very clean and refreshing.  I'm really happy with my choice to stay with Dr. Eric Brown and his team so I hope this review helps you in your decision to give them a try.

Normally, I'm quite anxious for my dentist visits, whether it's simply a cleaning or other work I need done, but not at Dr. Brown's office. The staff is so friendly and welcoming; they acknowledged my fears about dental work and walked me through everything which helped calm my nerves tremendously. I no longer feel anxious for my dentist appointments. Thank you Dr. Brown and Dr. Ward for helping me obtain and maintain a beautiful smile!

The experience was really professional.  I felt well cared for by the entire staff. I recently had extensive work over multiple appoints and each time I had outstanding service and care. The office and equipment are new and clean and welcoming. Recommended by myself and family.

Everything about Dr. Brown's office is absolutely amazing. I'm always greeted with the biggest smiles. They have the best family atmosphere, which oddly makes me and my family look forward to our visits! I highly recommend Dr. Brown's office! You won't be disappointed there

Talk about a great place! Haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years. Childhood trauma, so it wasn't fun to even think of having to go, but I had enough of the pain. Jen and the ladies in front really know how to greet you, understand you, and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Brown really knows how to get things done quickly and explains every step. I'll definitely be taking my two kids here! Highly recommend!!!!See you guys in a couple weeks for my next visit!

I love this practice! I just switched over from a dentist in Monterey (where I had a sub-par experience) and everything about my visit at Dr. Browns office was amazing! They have a beautiful, modern office with super welcoming staff. Susan was very helpful in scheduling my appointments and referrals and made the billing process totally transparent (which I really appreciate!) My hygienist, Jen, did an amazing job and was super friendly and really thorough yet gentle with my cleaning. I felt totally cared for in my oral health, which has not been my experience at past dental offices. Being relatively new to the area I am so happy I found my go-to dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Brown's new location in Carmel Valley.

I've been treated several time by Dr. Brown, and always have received an excellent treatment in a very caring manner. She always tries the best options to treat and save my teeth and mouth health.
