I have been utilizing Dr. McQuillan services for many years now and he provides exceptional service. On top of always being punctual for his appointments, the rates are affordable, and he is professional and a very kind man!!

My entire family of four go to Dr. McQuillan for eye exam. He is very professional, takes his time to do a through exam, addresses your concerns and questions very well. My appointments have always been on time with very little waiting.

Staff is incredibly rude, and seems to have difficulty with critical thinking skills. Certainly not solution oriented so beware of offering solutions as the staff would prefer to send you on your way....seems sort of like a power trip. Plus side is the office has a nice selection of frames.

An all- time record time I bet, was spent on repairing my glasses! It took time but I am thrilled!

All of the staff members are very friendly. The Dr, his intern, and all the others are all very nice, patient and willing to explain things or answer any questions you may have. They don't rush you for decisions on anything. The equipment is top notch. I've been to many eye doctors and was quite impressed with the technology in Dr McQuillan's office. Yes, I would recommend this eye care facility to anyone. Very happy 😊

I wish I could just review the staff and not the Dr! Dr McQuillan has been great to work with over the years but his staff is terrible. They are rude, NEVER have an answer to basic questions like is my prescription available...they should have the ability to look at a computer and see. They provide ZERO customer service and always seem confused. Forget about contacts! The last straw was when I called and asked about contacts after 3 weeks of ordering them with no call and they acted like I was being to pushy. They never ordered them. Needless to say I'm now seeing a different Dr and again Dr M was great but his staff is simply unprofessional and not a reflection of the doctor.
