My husband Paul visited Camarillo General Surgery for the first time in October 2022. When we got to the appointment I was not sure if we would have a good experience. After a few minutes we were called by the nurse. I immediately felt welcomed. Her smile said it all. We felt so welcomed. Very friendly! Then we met Dr Dixon. What an amazing experience! He was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I was told he was a great doctor and our visit actually proved what an amazing doctor he is. Thank you Dr Dixon and your friendly nurse for giving us great experience! We appreciate you!

Dr Lisa brand botched me and my surgery has never healed . I gone multiple times to see her when I had complications and she didn’t bother to see me. The office staff judged me due to my insurance. They had thought I had a better plan and treated me so nice and then once found out I switched plans they started to treat me bad and wouldn’t allow me to talk to her when I had ended up in emergency room more than once. Would not recommend other patients in her care complained of her being nice In begging and after treating you bad once she gives people complications in surgery

Dr. Brand is awesome! I won’t go in to details but after seen her and following her suggestions, I’m already getting better. She took the time to listen to my concerns and came up with a good plan. I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Brand.

I can't imagine anyone enjoying surgery, but my consultation and surgery with Dr. Dixon couldn't have been any better! May God bless him. The confidence and experience he has made it a breeze for me, not to mention the scar is extremely hard to see at this point.

At all costs avoid Dixon and save yourself a great deal of heartache and pain. He operated on my wife and since, she has gotten worse and worse. He was extremely mean and heartless. After the botched and sloppy surgery, he continually refused to see my wife for much needed post-op follow-ups, telling her he had more important patients with more important issues to see. Now, years later, she is still undergoing excruciating pain from the surgey and bedside manner of this doctor. Please reconsider before going to this practice.

Dr. Dixon’s skill as a tier one surgeon is surpassed only by the level of compassion he has for his patients.

This place is so old school and is not up to date with technology. I couldn’t even get new patient paperwork or Pre Op instructions via email, online or fax. This is 2020 let’s get up to date.
