Dr Kim focuses on important issues and less on trivial things. He makes sure my child is healthy and monitors each of his development milestones, particularly during his early stages from infant to toddler.The two ladies in the front are very accommodating to our schedule and quick to relay/respond to urgent questions over the phone.

A long time ago I brought my daughter for fever and they dismissed her, working for a lab we did a throat culture and turned up with strep. Called them and didn't even apologize but gave her antibiotics. Now my grand baby saw him for concerns my daughter had and she was brushed off, said it was a tantrum. Dr. Garcia came in prescribing Advil for pain and had not even heard my concerns yet. How can you diagnose without talking to us first. Baby was clenching fist and teeth and putting his knees together. That was not normal and it was not a tantrum. I should know, I've seen his tantrums. Not going back again.

First off there receptionist is horrible shes super rude! (She sits in the corner) Not friendly at all I walked in and I said hi and she didn't even respond she just looked at me with her big round face all confused and when another mom passed by she said bye to the receptionist and again she didn't respond i just saw the face of the mother walking out upset. Anyways Dr. Kim is alright he walks in does his job and walks out.

Dr. Kim is horrible!! None of the doctor here consider parent's concerns but specially Dr. Kim. He absolutely doesn't care!! He is rude and he walked out on me as i was talking. If i don't have support my son doesn't need to be seen by somebody that treats humans like animals. He needs to update his education on behavioral issues and take a humanitarian course.

Dr. Kim doesnt seem that friendly, alot of my concerns and questions are brushed off. I dunno if its me ir what.

It's alright but I think they should be more attentive to their patience. As a parent sometimes we don't know and if the staff was more friendlier and educating and attentive it could be a lot better. The effort is there but I think they should keep working at that

I really LOVE this office especially Dr.Garcia he is the main reason I keep coming back to this location, but I never had a problem before until NOW!!!! All the girls are always nice and so sweet when I go in and call but this time I called and spoke to TANIA .... I totally get it that you can't fax shot records or any personal information but there's a PROFESSIONAL WAY TO SAY NO. I'm still giving this place 5 stars because ONE person should not be judged by the whole office.

Dr. Kim is my 2 sons' pediatrician, and i am very pleased with this office. It is very clean office. The front girls are very courteous in accomodating with scheduling, almost never wait long. Highly reccommend

Not fancy place but the staff is good and i love the doctors! Parking is not validated so come ready with some singles.

The Doctor was good but the Clinics Bathroom is Poor No changing Table for the babies Sucks! The office staff are unprofessional keep holding the patients phone call because the office staff are busy gossiping each other talking shits. I feel sorry for the person online,Office staffs gossips are more important than patients, Where is this people coming from they don't know what is customer service. These  staffs here needs change attitude.
