Dr. Trotter,Thank you. When I discovered the development of a second pterygium, I was at ease to know that I had to look no further than to ask if you were available. Both of my eyes had a pterygium, and each surgery went flawlessly (thank you to the surgical team Dr. Morell, Tristan, Mindy and Rachel at Lynn Eye Care Center). Each eye has healed with excellent results and without recurrence. I am so absolutely grateful for the EXCELLENT work that you and your staff do, and cannot thank you and your entire team enough. Each visit has been a smooth, professional and compassionate experience, and I’d like to personally thank Yvette for swiftly managing my scheduling, Sophia and Devra at reception, as well as nurse assistants Alexis B. and Veronica for being so professional, caring and patient. My dad (84 yrs old) only has one eye with partial vision, the other eye is completely gone. He had a consultation with Dr. Trotter about 3 yrs ago and opted out of surgery afraid of complications and that he would be completely blind. Fast forward to this year his eyesight only got worse, almost gone; he consulted with Dr. Trotter again only to find out surgery had more risks than 3 yrs. agoWe had no choice pretty much than to trust Dr. Trotter Thank God my dad´s surgery was a success and he feels he got his life back. Even without glasses he feels the world is something new to him During the post op visits Dr. Trotter really mad me appreciate him as the human being he is. He doesn't see the patients as one more in his day, but really cares about the lives he's able to change.

Dr. Trotter explains your diagnosis and treatment options in a friendly and easy to understand manner.  He is excellent in his field.

I was nervous about the procedure (cataract surgery) but found Dr. Trotter's approach reassuring. The surgery and recovery was as good as it could be and I will return for my other eye when ready. He was recommended to me and I am grateful for his expertise and manner.

They have overbooked appointments the last 4 times I have been there. The wait time is always at least an hour(usually more). Makes me think they are trying to be just as efficient as tge DMV.

Love this doctor. Caring , patient and kind. My Pterygium surgery went well. He explained to me the procedure, I was afraid of the anesthesia, he and his team took a good care of me. Dr Trotter isn't only a good Doctor but a great human being.

Dr. Trotter and all his associates, especially Cora, Yvette, Nguyen and Dr Martidis have been nothing less than fantastic. Dr Trotter is professional, knowledgeable and most of all personable. He takes the time to explain procedures, options and results. He makes sure you're informed, comfortable and most of all listens to any concerns you may have. His surgery skills are the best. The Miramar Eye Specialists group has exceeded all my expectations. I had cataract surgery in my right eye. I can just about call the surgery results a miracle. What a difference the surgery made. However, it was like the Miramar Eye Specialists group was holding my hand through whole process including all the Pre-op and Post-op appointments. The surgery was a complete success with no complications. In addition to all the terrific service provided, they actually saved me money when they could. I'm now scheduled to have a second surgery in my left eye. Can't wait. Can you believe that. I'm actually looking forward to eye surgery. I've always had problems just putting eye drops in my eyes.
