Terrible and very disrespectful staff. I am very disappointed. Non-professional workers!

Tried to check on a referral that i faxed, glad i redirected since nobody has answered or returned phone calls from a Referring doctors office for the last month. I should have checked the reviews before sending my patient here. Now i know.

The person at the front desk (I can't call her lady) coz she doesn't deserve to be called a lady at all. She is the ruddiest person in whole world. Will make a big complaint or grievance to the medical board on how Dr. Goshal can have someone so unprofessional to work with patients. She definitely needs to be isolated somewhere on an Island and not have any contact with humans.

I arrived at 9:45 knowing that the office open at 9 according to the answering machine.I tried the door upon arrival it was locked I waited till 10 or was still locked I tried knocking I tried calling I even left a message with the answering service saying that I need to leave at 10:30 if they were not going to answer the door because the receptionist stated that I was not allowed to bring my child and I needed to be able to pick her up on time. I get a call back from the receptionist with nothing but attitude from her when all I was trying to do was explain the message that I had left with the answering service. She hung up on me I called back and asked why she hung up on me, and she said we don't want any trashy patients and hung up on me again!

Horrible service front desk lady is so rude doesn't want to do her job at all. Makes the doctor look bad. Worst experience of my life dealing with this office no compassion what so ever. I feel sorry for who goes here

I also read the reviews , but my phone experience was very good with the receptionist , office is well decorated and very clean and fresh, Doctor is very gentle and very knowledgeable , took care of my needs and my questions , I was very satisfied. But I noticed when I was there in the office , patients are some times very rude and unreasonably demanding , but receptionist handles them very politely , I do agree that if you are unreasonable ,no one will take of you. My heart goes for the office staff ,they really put up with very demanding people.

All I have to say is think twice before going.

I was referred by my PCP and have left several messages over the last several weeks to try and get the appointment scheduled. No one ever calls me back. I'm not feeling very confident about this doctor.

Is there an option less than 1??? This was my first appointment as I was referred by my primary care Dr. I had an appointment today at 10:00. When I arrived, there were 2 ladies sitting on the cement on the front porch. As I got nearer, they said "the door is locked; no one is in the office." I checked door and knocked on windows... nothing. They had 9:00 appt. and as other patients kept arriving we all waited on the porch. I called the doctor's main line without success; then called 916-732-2529 which is another number provided on their message system. I then spoke to what I assumed was their answering service and told the man who answered there were approx. 6 people waiting for appointments, but no one was in the office, to please contact the doctor. The supposed "answering service guy" said he had no way of contacting the doctor, went silent... then I said "what's the purpose of this number then?" and went silent again. Finally around 10:25 there was a click at the door, one of the 9:00 women opened it. We all filed in to an empty front desk. Then finally a lady appeared, no apologies, no sympathy, not even a lame excuse!  As we all checked-in in a rush, I neglected to read all the stupid signs they have posted and one of them is they only take CASH if your paying less than $50. WTF??? They never said that over the phone when I made my appointment. So I asked if they take debit. She replied yes, but they charge $5.00 for processing, and $1.00 for the bank service, so my co-pay was $26.00. My time with the doctor was very short and equally impersonal, but the needed test was done and he said he'd send report to my primary. I've NEVER IN MY LIFE been to a more unprofessional medical office practice. Stay away from this office if at all possible.

I am suing this receptionist and the doctor for attempting to destroy  a patient's medi-cal card.  She did not even check the patient's insurance status.  She just looked at the med-cal card and said: "this is wrong card." She then proceeded to bend the card.  if I did not scream at her and demanded back the card, she would have destroyed the card already.     The law suit is filed in Sacramento County Superior Court, file No. 34-2017-00214451.    I am trying to identify her so I can name her as the defendant.  All I know is her first name is Elizabeth.  Help me get this horrible woman.     What is her real name and the relationship to the doctor?
