I was referred to Dr Nelles. My appointment was on 3/3/21 for a life long, and deeply embarrassing issue, I’ve had basically all my life. I had explained that I’ve been diagnosed with severe Depression and anxiety. Really felt like I didn’t get the treatment, or the time I needed.. Dr said my testosterone levels were fine and that’s it. No exam of my body to see what I was actually trying to tell him..Dr said he remembered me from an appointment months ago. I guess that meant no need for Physical measuring, or even giving basic exam of my debilitating issues.. He gave me no other options. Besides the obvious. Seemed like he really didn’t care, but got paid for my visit. I left his office feeling worse than I did before my appointment. I most definitely won’t be going back to see Dr Nelles ever again. I will say the staff is awesome.

I would give ten stars if I could. We unfortunately had to first meet in the ER, and he quickly put us at ease. He is one of the most compassionate and professional doctors I have ever met. I’ve brought family members to both offices, and both offices are efficient and the nursing and scheduling staff are amazing.

I went in with my husband to hear the report about prostate cancer. Dr. Nelles spoke to me as well as my husband. Very plain no questionable speak easy. He made us comfortable about the subject and the procedure.

I am disappointed that the lowest rating I could give this doctor is one star, he does not deserve even 1. This doctor does not care at all about his patients well being. I had out patient surgery in his office and he was the on call doctor for after hours. His office forgot to send my pain prescription to the pharmacy. He specified to his answering service that even though he was on call he was not to be contacted by patients or pharmacy. I had to suffer because of his staff's incompetence.
