I went in for hives and everyone was so kind and welcoming. The staff up front was great, Dr. Rose was awesome, and the nurse giving the shot was amazing! Rooms are very clean and well maintained as is the waiting room. I'll definitely recommend this place to others!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Everyone was kind, efficient, and clearly competent. I felt well taken care of and appreciated how smoothly everything went. It’s such a relief to have a high-quality urgent care so close to home. I will definitely be back for any future urgent care needs. Highly recommend!

SECOND UPDATE: Jovive absolutely came through and worked with my insurance company to get the issue resolved and they did it much more quickly than what I thought was possible. I now believe it was just a coding error and I am very impressed with their follow-up. Moving this from a 2 star to a 5 star. Congrats Jovive. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: Jovive reached out to my wife and let us know they are working on getting the issue below fixed and resolved. I am optimistic that they will deliver. Stay tuned! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Doctor was fine and helpful, but the clinic is not trustworthy. My wife's appointment was for 9:00 AM. She was still in the lobby at 9:13 AM (she texted me from the lobby at that time). She was in the car leaving the clinic at 9:24 AM. I have both text stamps and google maps tracking to validate the time she left the clinic. Jovive billed the visit as a 45+minute appointment instead of the 10 minutes she was actually not in the lobby. This is either a significant error or insurance fraud. We will find out when/if they fix the issue. Will update further when they respond.
