As other reviewers have indicated, Dr. Mansour brings to his practice not only supreme medical competence, but also empathy and an ability to listen---qualities rarely found in today's assembly-line medicine. Dr. Mansour tops off his medical competence with an engaging personality and an ability to explain medical concepts in a layperson's language. What a gem!

For years doctors have been telling me I would be in a wheelchair. The RA I have did too much damage they say. Then I found Dr. Mansour! I feel he literally saved my life.It took 2 years and alot of hard work but Dr. Mansour took care of me and now my future looks much brighter!When he told me yesterday I wouldn't be needing a wheelchair I almost cried.For 6 or 7 years I have been getting told I would be crippled.NOT NOW!!!Dr. MANSOUR IS THE BEST! I'M SO GLAD I FOUND HIM!!THANKS DOC! YOUR THE GREATEST!

5 out of 5 stars. There is a reason Dr. Mark Mansour was awarded the Outstanding Patient Experience Award in 2018. He is extremely competent and conscientious. He explains things well and takes time to address all concerns. I have been his patient for 10 years and will never switch rheumatologists. He has helped me attain an improved quality of life and I can never thank him enough.

The best rheumatologist I've seen by FAR. He takes time to answer questions and listens without judgment. Very knowledgeable and truly seems to care about his patients. I highly recommend!

Extremely competetent and caring. Listens to the patient and clearly articulates strategies for diagnosis, treatment and followup. His assistant Casey is also top-notch. Rheumatology is such a complex field of medicine—I’m grateful to have someone like Dr. Mansour whom I can trust and rely upon to address an enormous range of issues expertly.

I have been seeing Dr Mansour for a few years now. I have to say he is the BEST. I’ve had a few other RA doctors that just prescribed and sent me on my way. Dr. Mansour truly cares, he listens, is very patient, and I couldn’t be happier.

This is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. Not only is he up to date and knowledgeable with all the latest medical studies and news in arthritis. He is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever seen. I would give him 10 stars if I could!If you are looking for an excellent Rheumatologist, look no more.

I have been experiencing a debilatating pain in my low back/sacrum area. I have had two MRIs, a bone scan, and multiple blood tests. Almost everything came back negative except I have a lot of inflammation in this area. I was told by 3 different doctors that it was time to see a rheumatologist. After being told I needed a referral to this doctor, I had it sent over. I called to schedule and the receptionist stated that Mansour looked at my MRI and stated that he cant help me and nothing shows any signs of needing to see a rheumatologist. He sent my referral back. Not only will I not choose him as a doctor but I will be spreading the word about how poorly I was treated before I even got an appointment! Still in extreme pain but moving on to someone willing to help.

He is very patient, knowledgeable, very pleasant to talk to, quick to respond to any emergency or non-emergency calls(of course through his good nurse assistant Casey) sometimes. Dr Mansour is sharp and caring. He's got a great personality and he makes you feel like you're a family.
