Excellent experience seeking & receiving treatment for a post-fall abrasion that did not want to fully heal without a lil help. I made an appointment using an app called Solv which presented to me when I searched for the office. It was seamless though unlike some third-party apps & upon arrival About 25 minutes later Carbon had my appointment in their system. The desk clerk was fantastic—friendly, warm & welcoming & IMHO willing to go above & beyond to make my visit a great one. It makes such a difference when the helper appears happy to be doing their job, and this young woman did. I had gone straight from work so I’d had a long day already & she made it almost pleasurable. I was in the waiting room for just a few minutes then she took me back and checked my weight and BP. She was on her way out as my provider was walking in so no more waiting there. She introduced herself as Manveet & gave off the same positive energy as the front desk person whose name I’ve forgotten. She cleaned & dressed my wound & prescribed an oral & topical antibiotic. She was patient in answering my questions. She said I could expect they’d be ready to pick up in around 45 minutes. I was in & out in approximately 30-40 minutes so I had time to pick up dinner & go home before heading to the pharmacy. I feel fortunate to have this urgent care a few steps from my front door.
