Yes this is the best place to go to get physical therapy! Ryan and Asher were outstanding! Two knee replacement was tough but with there help, I was able to get through the tuff PT and now doing great! Thank you so much!

From the moment I walked through the doors at sports rehab, I knew I had found my people when I saw a whiteboard dedicated to food and TV Show recommendations! Ryan, Ash and Nick are the absolute best and I never thought I would be this sad finishing my last session with them. In addition to providing top notch care for all their patients, they are some of the nicest/funniest people I've ever met and really care about each person that walks through their doors.They take the time to get to know you and what your personal goals are to get you the best results. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always take time to not only explain why they proscribe specific movements/exercises but also the specific mechanics of each movement so you are activating the correct muscles and how working those muscles will apply to your long term goals. I'm going to miss these guys so much! These guys feel like family, they made each session so much fun and would distract you from the difficult parts by cracking jokes, talking TV shows and debating music. Coming into Sport Rehab was always a great start to my day, and I am not a morning person so that's saying something.Fingers crossed that I get injured again so I can come back soon....(jk...maybe)

In the past I've been bummed to go to physical therapy because it took away the time in my day that I had set aside for exercise. The Advanced Sports Rehab experience wasn't like that for me. They guided me though exercises that healed my body while challenging me to keep my fitness up. I love going to my appointments and although I am exhausted after I leave, I know that my time was well spent, and I was catered to by Ryan/Asher and Nick. Why, because they care about my progress and how I am doing on a personal level. Injuries are never fun, however getting to work with the team at Advanced Sports Rehab is the silver lining. I had the pleasure twice within the past 18 months.My first experience with Ryan and Asher was after an ankle injury suffered while playing basketball. My doctor referred me to their office. Admittedly, I had a past poor experience with rehab at a different PT office and was skeptical of how this experience would go. However, the diligent care and attentiveness from the group here, and the subsequent results, made me a believer. Not only did they work with me to recover range of motion, alleviate pain, and restore former strength and function, but they did so in a way that educated me on the nature of my injury, its physiological impact, and how the exercises and training we were doing would lead towards my recovery. My second experience was after a motorcycle accident in Jan 2020. While no surgery was required, my movement was substantially hindered, and pain was apparent in everything I did. In a dozen or so visits, I gradually regained movement, strength, and function. These guys brought me back to life. Everyone at Advanced Sports Rehab has a great personality and is incredibly helpful. Injuries are a part of life, and should you ever require rehab, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not working with this group.

Eleven weeks ago I walked into ASR with a surgical repair of my Miniscus in my left knee with the intention of completing Rehabilitation by May 31st. I explained to the Manager, Ryan that I wanted he and his team to push me to my limit but give me the safety of not reinjuring my knee. I was on crutches and could put a max of 10% weight on my left leg.Ryan's PT team is AMAZING, in addition to Nancy who runs the back office operations and will do everything she can to provide the best customer service in the Valley! The high positive energy that is displayed by the team of Ryan, Asher, Justin and Nancy provides a conducive healing environment for the patients. The vast array of knowledge that Ryan, Asher and Justin have regarding PT techniques, Athletic Training and "jokes" keeping humor as a way of a chill atmosphere surpasses any other PT Rehab center I have ever received treatment from!As a result of the this amazing team, not only did I receive the best treatment in the United States, but I started running 11 weeks and two days post surgery or 9.5 weeks from the time I passed through the threshold of this beautiful Physical Therapy Rehabilitation facility called Advanced Sports Rehab! "Thanks guys for giving my your best of who you are every appointment we had Togeather". This has allowed me to move back to South Florida and become a Sports Manager for an International Vacation Destination Resort! Without your encouragement and dedication to your profession I never would have received such outstanding treatment! You are all phenomenal!Dave

Excellent place , Ryan and Ash are very knowledgable, very caring . Over all the best physical therapist around. I blew out my quads twice in 2 months , they were able to get me back to normal in no time. Highly recommended

Ryan and Asher are the real deal! They both know their stuff and come from athletic backgrounds, so they understand the frustration involved with being sidelined from an active lifestyle. Their #1 goal is getting you back to where you were at pre-injury, rather than just getting you to full mobility or pain free level. They are also fun to be around and make the rehab process fun and up-lifting. They both seem to truly gain joy from seeing their clients get better everyday.

This is the best group I have ever had for PT, and I have had numerous injuries which necessitated PT. Ryan and Ash seem to love their work and are supremely knowledgeable, and their exercises and treatment are effective. And they don't kick you out after an hour is up but keep you as long as you need to be helped, depending on your schedule. They are also the nicest guys around. I wouldn't go anywhere else after having had both shoulder and wrist (latter ongoing) rehab, so long as I live in the Bay Area.
