I highly recommend Dr. He. I came to her for help with autoimmune diseases and treating my symptoms of strong fatigue. We also improved my depression/anxiety. I went to her weekly for about 4 weeks before I noticed a big change, and then we reduced frequency of appointments. Treatment consisted of acupuncture and TCM in pill form. This has definitely been a long overdue review. Where do I even begin. First off, that it's been an amazing experience and I highly would recommend Dr. He. I've been seeing Dr.He for 3 months now for some discomfort / pain under my left shoulder blade. My primary care couldn't figure it out, I had an MRI and even saw a Neurosurgeon and no one had an answer for me. The pain eventually radiated down my left arm and across my chest which landed me in the ER thinking it was something more serious. Long story short, I started seeing Dr. He and WOW has it made a difference. We started off with weekly visits because it was just that bad and I have since been able to do every other week now and it has gotten so much better. Side note, me and my husband have been trying to conceive for a few years now without success...we decided that we'd start looking into help and I had mentioned this to Dr.He. We decided we'd start treatment for fertility when my shoulder got better. I’ve been seeing Dr. He for many years. Many of times when my primary care doctor cannot help me, I would go to Dr. He and after 1 or 2 acupuncture sessions, my symptoms will hugely improved or gone. Dr. He also help me to keep my body in great health condition so we can successfully got pregnant and she will help to constantly monitor both me and the baby’s health. It gives me extra comforting besides my OB visits.

I went to doctor Tang for plantar fasciitis in both of my feet. After the third session my feet are feeling much better and with much less pain, something that conventional western medicine couldn't come closet to. Treatments are pleasant and relaxing and the doctor is nice and friendly. I can highly recommend her practice!

I suffered with neck and upper back pain for months. I started with a chiropractor for a month, three times a week which only help a little. Two weeks ago, I was seen by Dr. He and explained to me that I should try both accupuncture and Chinese herb medicine. I'm happy I did. My anxiety and stress caused my body's pain. As for this writing, I have seen her three times for accupuncture and started the Chinese medicine too. My pain is down 90% and my anxiety/stress is a lot more controlled. I started exercising and will go back running half-maraton. Thank you Dr. He. Update: After the fourth week, I felt a lot better. No more neck and back pains. My anxiety and sterss are so minimal. I have more energy at work in the morning because I sleep better. I just did my first 5k run in Golden Gate Half Marathon last weekend.
