I just came out of an appointment with Joshua Eric Markowitz, and it felt like a complete waste of time. Throughout the visit, I didn’t feel heard at all. I repeatedly explained that my knee hurts during specific activities like driving and walking, but he kept dismissing it, saying it shouldn’t hurt and that I should be fine. He suggested it was likely due to overdoing it on hikes, without really addressing what I was experiencing. What frustrated me most was the lack of effort to understand my concerns. Instead of listening or exploring possible causes, he minimized my symptoms. By the end of the brief 10-minute appointment, his only advice was to continue what I’m doing and, “if I think it helps,” use a compression wrap. He also said that if the pain gets worse, I should see my doctor—which left me wondering, isn’t that what I was already doing? Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to have an experience like this, especially when seeking medical care. I ended up spending $40 and walked away without any meaningful guidance or support.

The phlebotomists at Kaiser are excellent. My latest experience was better than usual. The phlebotomist was extremely kind. She did the stick where I requested and did so perfectly. I bruise like an over-ripe peach & her blood extraction was SO good that I did not suffer any bruising at all. For me, this is amazing!

Dr Dodge is dodgy. Not very helpful. Getting different answers from different doctors. They seem to contradict each other.

I had a great experience at Kaiser Permanente in Campbell. The receptionist staff was welcoming and helpful, and the radiology team was professional, efficient, and kind. Everything was well explained, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Excellent service overall.
