I visited this clinic after recovering from COVID with lingering severe symptoms, including a bad cough, headache, and ear pain. Despite my history of chronic asthma, the doctor never performed a physical exam—she didn't even listen to my lungs. Instead, she spent eight minutes looking at her computer screen and prescribed antibiotics, claimining they would "cure everything," which makes no medical sense for a viral infection. I was forced to come in person when this could have easily been handled virtually. She used to be a great provider, but now the care feels rushed and transactional. A week later, I am still dealing with bronchitis-like symptoms. The system is deeply failing patients.

I had a very pleasant Visit at the Samaritan medical care center. Great customer service at the front desk. Mary, one of the staff was so nice. She’s kind and super friendly. She has a lovely personality. I enjoy meeting her today. Keep up the good work! Dr. Lewis was very professional, kind, and very informative. She’s very thorough with my lab work and explained things very clearly. She made me feel at ease. I’m so grateful and thankful to be under her care. I also enjoy meeting Dr. Lewis today. She’s amazing!

I have been a patient of (Samaritan) Gateway Family and Urgent Care for 20 years. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. From the doctors to the staff who go above and beyond to provide exceptional care, all my experiences have been positive. Dr. Louise has been the foundation of my health belief system and medical care. She is knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Every single staff member works hard to offer quality service. Grateful for their service and care.

Dr. Garrett and his staff are extremely responsive, inviting, and knowledgeable. They see me as a person rather than just a patient and treat me as such. They address my questions and concerns with facts and compassion. The care they provide is thorough and comprehensive. I feel on top of my health with their support and feel a trust and connection with him.

I’ve been a patient of Samaritan Medical Care for 37 years. Through life’s events the doctors and staff have always been there for me. In health, sickness, loss of family, confirming my pregnancy, and when they had triage, accidents, and my husband’s heart attack. They’ve been like family to me. They go out of their way to provide an excellent level of care for my family from the office staff to the doctors. I would highly recommend Samaritan Medical Care to anyone.

I have been very lucky to have Samaritan Medical Care Center as my health provider. Dr Brandan Garrett’s office has been always been tracking my annual physical check up or blood work time and they call to schedule appointments so that I don’t have to. Any time when I needed it to see Dr Garrett his office always try to schedule appointments for me to see Dr as early as possible.
