I have been coming here for 5 years now. Dr Pan and all the massage therapists are amazing. My husband pulled his next recently and Dr Pan's acupuncture and cupping helped him recover so quickly! Very professional. Highly recommended!

If I could give Dr. Pan and SB Acupuncture 100 stars I would. He is the REAL DEAL. Two months ago I had an MRI and confirmed stress fracture in my femur as well as several tears in my hip tendons. I was on crutches and couldn't walk. The pain was very bad and in multiple areas. The orthopedic surgeon who ordered the MRI told me I would likely need to have surgery to repair. I have been going to Dr. Pan for 10 years on and off for sleep, stress and muscle issues with always amazing results, so I decided to get his opinion. He asked to see the MRIs and although he acknowledged the injuries were severe - he did say he believed we could heal this without surgery. For the past 2.5 months I have been visiting him regularly - at first 3x a week and then gradually to 2x and then once weekly. What he has done is nothing short of amazing. In 2.5 months I am off crutches - albeit not 100% healed yet, but starting now to do exercise and activities slowly. Even the Orthopedic is surprised at how quickly this is moving and acknowledged surgery is no longer needed. Dr. Pan is a true healer in every way. He somehow always knows exactly where to manipulate and work on. For my situation the sessions were very intense and worth every second. He did a combination of needles, electric stimulation, cupping and massage. THANK YOU Dr Pan and all the staff at SB Acupuncture. I am eternally grateful for all you have done.

I have been coming here (including previous location) for over 20 years! Whether it's your first time or you go on a regular basis, you will never feel more comfortable and have better results. I have gone there at times when I can barely even lay on the table and come out getting off the table on my own great service. !! Plus they make you feel at home very comfortable You will return and probably refer to others. I am happy to do it as I feel this will only help people. Ed

This is probably one of the most reliable place to get a good massage in the area. Nothing fancy here but the rooms are always clean. Most of the therapists are well trained. You let them know your sore area and they know how to make it better. Some of them know how to do "walk the back" but not all. Overall, quality of sessions are consistent.

Cannot express enough how grateful I am for this invaluable health resource! My frozen shoulders were cured in weeks rather than years, my tinnitus has dramatically improved, and I have avoided surgery on occasion due to my confidence in Dr. Pan Highly recommend.

This is truly one of the best acupuncture/massage clinics in the bay area. I've tried many acupuncture, chiropractor, therapy massages over the years and none match their quality. I have chronic lower back pain due to not taking better care in my youth and then sitting/computering too much at work. Sometimes the soreness is so unbearable that i can't sit or stand. Plus if I exert my back, I will get excruciating nerve pains up and down my back into the legs, can't move for weeks. This clinic uses acupuncture and hot suction cups to relieviate my back pain by improving blood circulation and loosening the muscles. Then followed by a deep tissue massage. They do whole body massage and will ask you which area you want to focus on. This complete massage leaves me relaxed and sore-free for at least a few days. and to be honest, it just feels so much better when you get a whole body massage including the head to deeply relax the mind and muscles. Other places normally just deep tissue the back and off you go. Value wise, this clinic is unbeatable. The staff here is very professional and friendly. The doctor gives me plenty advice and home remedies to ease the day to day back pain and other health issues I have. I will be coming here regularly.

Cindy is the best! I've had massage from different masseuse here but always come back asking for Cindy. She only works on Fri, Sat and Sun but totally worth the wait and have a best massage to relax on weekend. Thank you Cindy!
