Bay Area Nutrition is my go to referral for any Eating Disorder clients I see in my therapy practice. Stephanie Brooks and her staff communicate well and work collaboratively. They provide nutrition therapy which is a much needed service for the teens I work with. The feedback I get from the patients I have referred is always positive, good connection with the assigned RD, great communication and they feel respected. I highly recommend Bay Area Nutrition if you are someone you know is struggling with an Eating Disorder.

I'm an MD/psychiatrist in the Bay Area, and I have worked with Stephanie and her team with shared patients, and I highly recommend her! My patients love her and the service. She always goes the extra mile with them, and she is highly communicative and collaborative. In fact, I've had several times where it was apparent she knew more about the patient and was closer to them than anyone else on the treatment team. Definitely recommend.

My son has been working with Stephanie for several months now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her (and Bay Area Nutrition in general). It was a challenge finding a dietitian who was not just focused on weight, but wanted to work with my son focusing on his overall nutrition and health. Stephanie has helped him to learn to nourish his body and develop healthy, balanced eating habits while still feeling good about himself and his body. I cannot tell you how rare that is!! Thank you so much Stephanie!!!!
