Dr. Aazami is great but his office staff runs like chickens with no heads: very disorganized, not returning calls, not promptly answering your pharmacist’s refill requests, not gathering medical records from your specialists in order to complete medical forms about your overall health. Because of his staff, the experience becomes negative and thus my negative review. Sadly this is not an isolated occurrence when the doctor is good but the staff is very unprofessional and considerably lowers the ratings of the practice.

Unfortunately, he is too busy.The secretary tells you go to the Urgent Care if you have pain and if you want to make an appointment, it will go for at least 7-10 days later with a Provider, Not Dr. Aazami

Dr Aazami has a very good team of doctors and NP’s very knowledgeable and caring , also the person in the authorization department Farinaz Zarrin she’s helpful and prompt and very organized.

They are the worst. Getting a referral from them is like pulling teeth. They make everything difficult. The docs seem okay but even they don't always reference their records when seeing a patient, namely me, and it has surprised me a few times when they ask me questions about something they already have records on. In addition, asking the doctor for anything is very frustrating. I'd recommend finding someone else.

Farinaz is one of the nice kindness staff members that work in the office anytime you have questions our concerns on you or your child she is always there for you and provide very clear information and she is one of the best thank you for all your patients

I am very happy choosing this practice. I'm very amazed how fast we get our authorizations. Very kind front desk, knowledgeable, accurate, detailed and kind PA Asia. She did my annual check up today with diligent. Overall my family is very satisfied with this office. Keep up the good job.
