Nabil Feghali's Online Review Report Card

I don't understand how a doctor's office does NOT answer phone calls or pharmacy refill requests to the point of the patient running out of medication!! This dr's office needs an entire overhaul to bring them into this century. I know I'm not the only one who sees or thinks this.

The doctor is great. I recently switched to a new medical group and unfortunately have to go to another PCP as he's now out of network.But Dr. Feghali was fantastic and would have stayed if I could.

Dr. Feghali is the best doctor I have ever been to. He has been with our family for over 20 years and he really cares and listens to your health problems. He is now treating 3 generations of my family. We are so lucky to have him! His Staff is so professional and friendly and he has all you need in office. Amazing.

I'm writing this review based on my mother-in-law's experience here. She has called and I have called several times to schedule appointments for her and they never answer or return the call. The pharmacist has even left voicemails for them for prescription refills and nothing. She has had labs done and ultrasounds and she never received a call from them to tell her the results. I left a voicemail again and let them know that she will be switching doctors because she has not received any assistance, a couple of minutes later they returned the call. I cannot believe that someone with health insurance would have this experience. I am already going through a list to switch her to another doctor/clinic. This is absurd!

It all started a few years ago when both my parents were seen for the very first time with Dr Feghali.You are felt at home when you have an appointment at the office . The staff and employees are very helpful and always are friendly to help their patients . Dr Feghali I s one of those special doctors who is always there for his patients . Very pleasant and well mannered.

Pros:- Dr. Feghali is an outstanding doctor. The best I've ever had for internal medicine. He also recommends very good specialists if you need to go to one for specific problems which he himself may not treat.- His nurses are generally excellent as well. A couple of them are really wonderful people, like the doctor himself. Cons:- Front office needs major improvement. They do not answer the phone regularly. If you need an appointment, you have to leave a message and they'll call you back to schedule it. The office is very busy and they have to do lots of juggling of patients. I get the feeling they have a lot of patients who come with no appointment but need to be seen right away.- Some of the front office staff are moody and rude/abrupt.- Wait time to see the doctor will always be long. In my 4-5 visits there since 2017, never has it been a short wait. It's not really a bad thing, but bring a book or have your phone with you or something to keep you busy while you wait to see Dr. Feghali.

Dr. Feghali is an excellent doctor. He has helped my whole family. Every time a family member needed medical attention Dr. Nabil Feghali came to his or her rescue. He has treated every family member no matter what age and no matter what kind of health issues that person had. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He immediately diagnoses the problem. He has a lot of patience as well as many patients. I highly recommend Dr. Nabil Feghali. He's truly an awesome doctor!

After 20 years of being my Doctor, he is still the best! Always takes his time to listen to my concerns - never rushes me.
