This Dr was not approachable or friendly, especially dealing with my 2 year old son.Very unhappy with my visit and the staff; from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the Dr.I will definitely be switching my son to the care of another Pediatric office.The staff would benefit from a customer service or people skills course!!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR WITH Dr. Lopez!!!!!

We are always happy to see Dr Lopez. He has been seeing my kids since they were newborns. He is very attentive and always knows what my children have when they don’t feel well. He has been our pediatrician for about 11 years.

Dr. Lopez diagnosed my son's condition after taking quick swab test of throat. Recommended treatment and diet and was kind to us.

He was rude and short and no concerned about my sons many ailments and injuries. He made me feel rushed and spent more time on the computer then listening. When I asked him what we do next for a painful foot my son had he actually shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". in a rude and uncaring manner. We have since changed doctors and he seems very burned out and unwilling to take the time needed.

Lopez was horrible. Not even enough respect to call or even consider him a Dr. I wouldn't even bring a cockroach to see this guy. Treated me very unkind told him what was going on with my 3 month old son basically called me an idiot without saying it. I described what my son had been doing and he told me that it was impossible there's no way possible he could do what I described. I guess he spends time with him without my knowledge. Can't forget to add that when I was consoling my son while he was crying on the table he was pushing me out of the way with his shoulders. Needless to say I will NEVER return and if you read this Lopez children are very special and maybe you should consider retiring if you've lost all feeling toward human life.
