Sanijvan Singh Kohli's Online Review Report Card

My sister, who had been on a vent for nearly 9 months, was in Dr. Kohli's care at Kindred Hospital in Santa Ana. He facilitated her trach removal & the final stages of the weaning process off of a ventilator. Dr. Kohli's professionalism, kindness and empathy cannot be understated. His main goal is to get his patients safely off of their vents and home. Had it not been for Dr. Kohli, I'm certain her recovery would have taken much longer as it didn't appear that this was the goal of her previous pulmonologist. Dr. Kohli made a referral to a pulmonology group for my sister upon discharge and has personally called me to check on her progress, something that is nearly unheard of today. I highly recommend for anyone in need of a pulmonologist. You will be in the best hands.

I received a referral to this office because of my insurance. First, it took months to get an appointment with Dr. Kohli. Then the appointment felt rushed but he did inform me that he was going to order a sleep study as I have been ill for quite awhile. That was in early June. Today is August 18th and I still have not received a follow up appointment. I have called multiple times and the unhelpful desk just says that Dr. Kohli didn't tell them what kind of sleep study he wanted to order so they will "send" him another message. Isn't this one office? How has this not been taken care of? The office makes it very clear that they care nothing about patients but we are just another number to which they annoyingly have to send messages within the office instead of trying to nip an issue like this in the bud as quickly as possible. I am going back to my doctor to ask for another Pulmonary specialist. Good riddance Dr. Kohli.

Dr. Kohli is hands down the best Doctor I've ever had the fortune of knowing. Clearly very skilled, and very kind. His bedside manner is fantastic. Does not talk down to you the way some doctors do. I am very grateful to have been under his care.

Dr. Kohli and his medical covid team and office staff are very professional, kind, caring, and responsive. Dr. Kohli is a remarkable doctor, who shows human compassion to his patients, excellent bedside manners,, and really looks out for the patients best interest of his patients well being. Hands-down some of the best medical care and the treatment my son ever received. Absolutely the best in Orange County. One -on-one Support, Pro-active. I was a patient of Dr. Kohli in 2018 and although I was very unhappy about the way I was treated, I hoped things had changed for the better now. That seems to have been wishful thinking. When I first went to this office I saw Dr. Kale and he referred me to Dr. Kohli. That referral was good for nothing. I had my appointment with Kohli cancelled by his office time after time. When I finally got appointments that didn't get cancelled by him, I waited no less than 2 hours every time in the waiting room with no apology. I made an appointment in early summer and thought since I was already a patient I would be given some preference. In the last two months the office has cancelled my appointment 3 times. Kohli is without a doubt the most arrogant and unreliable person possible and has no capacity for empathy as a doctor or human being. He has done a good job of hiring his staff who are the worse people ever found and are indicative of his terrible attitude. Don't waste your time or health on this dreadful example of a pulmonologist. He is a fraud!

Dr Kohli is a wonderful doctor. He is warm, caring, kind, listens well & really takes care of his patient’s needs, completely! He is the best doctor!!! I enthusiastically recommend Dr Kohli!

This entire practice, front desk staff, Dr. Kohli and NP Brown are outstanding: they ANSWER THE PHONE, are kind, efficient and very informative,
