Dr Chang is the best and only trusted Doctor to my husband. so many times when my husband feels sick Dr. Chang immediately lends a helping hand. He listens, answers Q. He has definitely has gone above and behind with his compassion and care. Very top notch Doctor. My husband is very lucky to have Dr. Change as his primary doctor. No words can express our grateful to him.

I had an appointment with Dr Michael Rovzar in the Paloma Medical Group. Everything seem to be going fine. His assistant gave me all the paperwork I needed. Atleast, I thought so. She said that I needed an x-ray and an echo. She gave me a couple sheets of paper and told me that someone would be calling me in a couple days to set up the appointments for the x-ray and the echo. I had to do a pulmonary test too. I'm not sure if that's what you call it. You know the test you take...when you sit in the tube and do a lot of breathing exercises. I went to the front and had the pulmonary test scheduled. Dr. Rovzar said he wanted me to have enough time to get these test done before my next scheduled visit. As time grew near and no one called about scheduling the x-ray or echo. I called them. They told me that they had not received anything from Dr. Rovzar office. They said that they needed a hard copy of the orders. I drove them over myself to the imaging office. The assistant didn't tell me where to have the echo done. I just assume that I could have it done at the same place. Come to find out the address that the assistant gave me to go get the x-ray done didn't accept my insurance and they told me that I needed to go to a cardiologist to get the echo done. I did have the pulmonary test done but I'm having a real hard time getting my results back. I had a conference call scheduled with Dr. Rovzar the same day I had the pulmonary test done. I didn't receive a call at the scheduled time so I called them but they told me that they were running late and that they would call me in about 15 minutes. They did call but for some reason I missed the call. I called them back but the answering machine picked up and I left a message. The doctor called later that evening. I didn't know to expect him to call so we ended up playing phone tag. I've been trying to get my results from the pulmonary test that I took and I still have not been able to get them. I thought that I could have gotten my results back doing my next visit to the doctor but they told me that I didn't have an appointment scheduled. Dr. Rovzar said he wanted to give me enough time to get the test done before my next visit....then they tell me that I didn't have an appointment. I talked to someone in the office about getting my test results and she said that the assistant was going to call me but that never happened. I like, Dr. Rovzar but he should look into getting another assistant because this one seems to be incompetent.

Dr. Chang is the BEST Doctor!!!!!! I am very happy and satisfied with him. Dr.Chang goes above and beyond for all his patients. He truly shows that he cares for his patients and always takes time explaining you results and listening to you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chang's for several years now. My symptoms were recognized by Dr. Chang to be Upper Air Resistance Syndrome, which is different from Sleep Apnea. He has the same condition, so he requested further testing during the Sleep Study and his prognosis was perfect!! I was experiencing ZERO REM sleep and was exhausted most of the time!! I've slept with a CPAP for several years, now. It's made a HUGE difference in my health!! I so appreciate Dr. Chang's personal care and expertise!!! He truly is one of my "VERY BEST FAVORITE" doctors!!!!

Dr Chang takes his time to listen and take into consideration the "whole patient", not just symptoms. He is efficient in assessing conditions, and recommending a plan that proves to deliver results. I would highly recommend him!
