Remembered previous meeting 6 months ago. I have not yet had surgery from him.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment due to a cancellation. I injured my shoulder exactly 2 weeks ago. The office did call day of my appointment and request that I get X-rays done before my appointment with the doctor That day. Wish I was asked prior to that as I did let the person making my appointment that I had no images. I was able to get that done after about an hour and a half wait at WCH. I appreciated that all necessary documents that needed completing came via email so I was able to have paperwork complete. Dr Heywood was about 30 min behind BUT worth the wait. I did my research and I wanted to see him. Thank you for a good overall experience. Dr Heywood is The Best!
