Destinie did such a great job with extraction. I've done a lot of facials and this is the first time someone truly addressed all the concerns I have and extracted without causing inflammation. Will definitely go back.

Best Esthetician in California!!! I’ve been getting facials for over 20 years, and my skin has never looked better since I started going to Bare Beauty Carlsbad. Destinie is not only one of the most skilled esthetician’s I’ve ever met, she is also one of the most professional. Always providing excellent customer service, and going out of her way to accommodate me. I also love how clean and inviting her studio is, with a bed warmer and cozy blanket 🥰 I send all my friends to her, and would definitely recommend Bare Beauty to anyone who cares about their skin!

I became a client based on my husband’s positive experience, but after seeing how he was treated simply for asking a fair question about treatment pricing, I no longer support this business. What he received in response was unprofessional, needlessly personal, and not something any respectful client should be subjected to. As someone who was also a paying customer, I expected better. We believe in supporting small businesses, but not the entitled, brash and disrespectful ones. So much for “18 years of experience and being booked two weeks ahead”. I’m disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere as well. Photos for reference! Shameful.

I was a regular client and initially happy with Destinie's services. But after asking a simple, respectful question about discounted pricing for a treatment series of facial peels, I received a surprisingly personal and unprofessional response that included assumptions about my character and suggestions I look elsewhere. I've always paid the full price that she asked for her services and referred others, but was treated as if I was trying to take advantage. Supporting a small business shouldn't mean accepting guilt trips or disrespect about buying expensive things from her when theyre available for cheaper outside. Asking if a tailored treatment exists without unnecessary add-ons for myself is not equivalent to asking for a "discount". Its called valuing whats most important and cutting the fluff. I was pressured to leave a tip many many times despite the service not deserving of it. I never took the liberty to start insulting the business owner due to the frustration. So if repeatedly asking for tips isnt considered an insult to the client, how come a client asking for a cheaper tailored treatment offering considered an insult to the business? Entitled double standards. I have moved on from her business and wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Attaching the screen shots for transparency and for people to really understand the provider that she is!

So happy I found this place. It's honestly the best facial. The spot is perfectly relaxing and my skin feels so clean and cared for afterward!

Destinie is the absolute best! I don't usually treat myself to facials but I'm glad that when I did I chose her! So relaxing!! I will definitely be rebooking in the future! You would be a silly goose not to book with her!
