Carolyn is my girl!!! Moved to Cali from Ny and am so thankful to have found Bella glo- my go to for a spruce. Carolyn is the most attentive and honest, knows how to freshen me up without over doing it.

I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but I'm really disappointed with my experience here. I came in for filler and had inquired about pricing for two syringes ahead of time, but never committed to that amount. During the appointment, we only used a little over one syringe, yet a second was opened before the first was even finished, without any clear explanation or consent. I had mentioned to the nurse that I only do filler every few years, that I prefer a very natural look, and that I'm super low maintenance. Still, the approach felt overly aggressive and not in line with what we discussed. To their credit, they did make things right regarding the overcharge for the second syringe, which I appreciated. However when I followed up to express my concerns and was offered a "touchup" with the leftover product, only to be told I'd have to pay an additional $50 fee to do it. At that point, it honestly felt like they were more focused on squeezing out a few extra dollars than doing what was right. I came in trusting their professionalism and expecting a conservative, thoughtful approach based on my needs. Unfortunately, I left feeling taken advantage of and pressured into more than I asked for. I won't be returning. **UPDATED RESPONSE Hey Carolynne, I just want to clarify because some of what you said isn't accurate. I never inquired about three syringes i asked about two, you can find confirmation of that through the text messages , and even then, I never committed to using both. During the appointment, the second syringe was opened before the first one was even finished, and I was never clearly told why or asked if I wanted to move forward with it. Also, to clarify the part about a "change of plan" I didn't change my mind mid appointment. It wasn't until checkout that I realized I was being charged for two syringes, That's when I expressed my concern and confusion. I appreciate the partial refund as I said , but I still left feeling uncomfortable with how things were handled. The experience felt more pushy than personalized, and that's ultimately what lead me to write this review. I appreciate your time and your response , I just wanted to share my experience and leave it at that

Got a PRF microneedling facial +PRF injections a couple weeks ago and my skin is glowing! Carolynne is so kind, professional, and is amazing at her job! You can trust her with your skin. Highly recommend!!

Very good result on my undereye prp

I got my lips done by Carolynne. They are so pretty and perfect! I have a second appointment coming up to get the rest of my syringe. They are so sweet and helpful! 100% recommend.

I love Bela Glow spa I have been coming here for years! Carolynne is always on top of her game and she really cares to give best results to her patients. Staff is very friendly, and most importantly I’m always happy with my results and so are my friends. Definitely recommend.
