Excellent MD. Very friendly associats.

My experience with the office staff was horrendous. I cld to confirm my appt at 12:23 and was told by the answering service they would confirm my appt. I wasn’t sure if it was at 3 pm or 4 pm. I cld again at 1:38 and 2:23 but was met with a hold plz. I arrived at 3:45 assuming it was at 4 and was told they called at 3:10 to say I missed my 3 pm appt. I was required to pay a $50 late appt fee. I have never had such sn unsettling doctor’s office encounter. I hope they spend my $50. on an attitude adjustment for the front office staff and management.

The most caring and knowledgeable ophthalmologist around. Always explains everything in detail. Highly recommend.

Rude staff. Called to make an appointment, when asked if there was any chance to get in for a same day appt, I was greeted with a scoff, and then a very rude “umm, ha, no, we don’t even have 5 seconds to spare.” Couldn’t even Muster up the energy to give alternative suggestions. I’ve never encountered this type of greeting from the front desk staff of any medical professional. Really the kind of people you want helping with your health?

Dr. Bell is a GREAT ophthalmologist! If you are looking for an MD who is top in his field, has years of experience, and works with each patient in a very personal way - this is the MD you want. I have appreciated his willingness to explain my issues, and helped me with medication with insurance coverage. Perhaps what I like most (once I got that he was top notch in his field) was his personable bedside manner, ability to explain what and why he was doing his prescribed treatment, and his sense of humor. He is the total package! He was always meticulous about details and has followed through on any concerns I have had. I give him my highest endorsement!! I had cataract surgery and am so glad I did it with him!

Dr. Bell has a great presentation, followed by poor surgical skills. After five surgeries my eyes are worse than when i went to his office. Dr. Bell's was less than honest with the problems I had after his lazer surgery and I had to have two other surgeries to correct these problems. He will keep you coming back for months which puts you past the time in which you can file a malpractice suit. What ever you do, do not let Dr. Bill talk you into getting surgeries that will cost you an additional seven thousand dollars to correct your vision problems. My vision is worse than it was when I first went to him.

Dr. Bell is very knowledgeable and caring. He puts his findings and advice in terms us non medical folks can understand. He changed the shape of my eyeball to get rid of almost all of my astigmatism. He participates in shotgun sports also and helps us aging shotgunners see well enough to continue in the sport.

Waited over 6-weeks for an appointment for my son. Arrived at 3:35pm for 3:40pm appointment. At 4:50pm, we still had NOT seen Dr. Bell so we walked out. No one even noticed and we were the only ones in the lobby. No follow-up call. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have zero complaints regarding my experience with Dr Bell. I had an incident with my daughter poking my eye with her thumb late in the afternoon during the week. Decided not to do anything about it then, with hopes that my eye would feel better. I was wrong. After a long, miserable night, I called Dr Bell's office first thing the next morning. To my surprise, they answered immediately. Despite his very busy schedule that day, he told me to come right in. After a very short wait, he took me back and within a few minutes I was feeling much better. He confirmed that I did have a nice scratch on my eye from my daughter. He gave me some steps for caring for it, as well as a contact bandage for comfort and healing. I felt a level of trust with him immediately. He knows what he's doing! I would recommend him!

Fantastic doctor and very helpful staff. Results have been fabulous!
