You make an appointment and then have to wait over an hr past that to be seen. They lie on their website by saying they have in-house xray capability. They do not. They send out for one not on-site.

I had a great experience at Carbon Health, La Costa this morning. I’m thankful they are affiliated with Kaiser Permanente, as it’s just about impossible to get a Dr visit with Kaiser. I was so impressed with the entire staff at Carbon Health. Joanne the receptionist that answered the phone was so caring and pleasant, she has an amazing phone voice. I was seen first by Kaely, she took my vitals and such a pleasant person, she does her job well, very caring. I then was seen by the most pleasant Doctor, I was very impressed and nicely surprised by everyone that I had a pleasure to meet. The place is very clean, the waiting area was very nice as well the the office I was in. I’m happy I can go there in the future, thanks everyone for making me feel welcome as I wasn’t feeling great but you definitely helped me feel better. Sincerely, Anna Anderson

Carbon Health has provided me with the best primary and urgent care that I have experienced. Their mobile app is great, easy to use, with a wealth of information and appointment scheduling ease.

All three people (reception, nurse and doc) were extremely friendly and helpful. Receptionist was very patient helping figure out my out-of-country insurance, and we were in and out in less than 30 mins with a prescription for my 4 yr old son (which they faxed to the pharmacy nearby). Went right at opening which maybe helped with small wait times. Also office was extremely clean
