Great experience overall and will be taking my kiddos here too. Their office got me in quickly after I got a random eye injury. Both front office women were extremely nice and accommodating to everyone who called and walked through the door, and Dr. Bloch was professional, thorough, answered all my questions and had a great demeanor.

Awful experience with this office trying to schedule an appt. I waited 3 weeks to be seen only to have the office staff call me 2 hours prior to my appt to tell me they didn't accept my insurance and I had the option of paying $170 or cancelling. This is after I explicitly asked if they accepted it when I scheduled my appt. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks to be seen with a different organization. When asked why this was occurring on the day of my appt the staff replied with "sorry I'm new". Poor customer service in my opinion. I would suggest training and looking at workflows to provide better service in the future.

The doctor was extremely thorough and took care of my irritated eye problem with drops. Very professional. The office was very clean. The staff was very courteous. Definitely would recommend.

I don't recommend this place at all! Too bad you have to leave a star rating to be able to leave a review. 0 stars if we could for this corrupt man who is money hungry. I overheard an ex employee who had decided to quit due to unforeseen issues and when she went to pick up her check & drop off her jacket to this man he gave her a check of one penny & refuses to pay her her money which she worked for!
