I love Evolve Skin Spa! Katie was amazing and kind. She took her time and clearly explained the microneedling procedure to me. She was transparent and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. My skin looked healthy and vibrant afterward. I'm so grateful I chose Evolve Skin Spa! The atmosphere is beautiful relaxing, with a lovely garden where you can unwind. The staff are all very friendly and truly the best at what they do.

I just received an incredible reiki healing session and sound healing with Elmira Lilić. It was literally life changing. Her energy is warm and comforting. She made me feel relaxed and safe. The session was one of the best healing experiences of my life. I was able to clear a lot of stuck, stagnant, and stubborn energy OUT of my body. I had a huge emotional release as well. I was not expecting to cry, at all, and I sobbed. I also received an important download from childhood trauma that helped me understand some of my self sabotaging patterns in my life. Elmira allowed for the space and encouraged me to let it out and let go. After the release, my body was full of soft tingling sensations. I felt lighter, and full of love. At the end I could feel my stomach gurgling with hunger which is amazing for me (iykyk). I’ve been on my path of healing and letting go for years and this was the best session I’ve ever received. She is the real deal. I left feeling like a new person with a new sense of optimism. I highly recommend.

Evolve Spa & Wellness is a gem in Carlsbad! Elmira’s Reiki and sound baths are absolutely phenomenal—so healing and grounding. I also love seeing Katie for wellness talks; she’s insightful and caring. From IV hydration to wellness shots and Botox, everything here is top-notch. The entire team is warm, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to your well-being. Highly recommend!

Elena is truly an angel! It was my first time getting Botox and I'm obsessed! I got it in my forehead, around my eyes, and above my lip for a lip flip! She answered all my thousand questions and took the time to explain everything in depth to me. I couldn't be happier and am very thankful! I had no idea the huge difference Botox made until sent me the before and after pictures side by side. What a difference! Thank you Elena, you're the best!

I’ve been seeing Meredith at Evolve Medspa for Botox and filler, and I can’t say enough good things about her and the entire experience. Meredith brings a high level of medical expertise, but what really stands out is her precision, gentle approach, and eye for natural beauty. She listens closely to what I want, and the results are always subtle, fresh, and exactly what I hoped for, never overdone. The indoor and outdoor space at Evolve Medspa is just as impressive.
