We have had Dr. Korff for 28 years and have never had an issue with him. He has always been proactive on our health and throughly answers all questions. My wife insurance changed to Kaiser for one year and was able to return to him the next year. We believe having the same doctor for many years has been positive on our health care. We would highly recommend Dr. Korff.

Wow. I have never met a doctor so passive aggressive, rude, and stuck on to his own opinion as this doctor before. He must hate his job. What a joke.

I will start out by saying that I really like this doctor. However, the policies at Optum are ridiculous. They say they do telemedicine but they don't - unless they think you might give them covid. It's a shame. I've been a patient here for almost 15 years. Sad that they can't get their act together enough to keep patients.

Dr. Korff is very compassionate and thorough, and asked very pertinent questions to my daughters hospitalization. He is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. He made himself available outside office hours if medication or medical issues should arise.

This guy is the biggest joke in the history of Medical practice. Never in my days have I encountered someone so damn rude and entitled to his own opinion. I was trying to explain to this clown Gary Korff that I have a serious shoulder issue but I need my blood levels at a healthy rate to get surgery. This dude tells me to "stop making things up" and that my injury won't even need surgery. Dude I've dislocated my shoulder 8 times, you're little hand raising assessment doesn't assess anything besides the fact that this guy pretends to be a doctor when he literally is on his computer googling everything I'm telling him about MY body and what I have been diagnosed with. Unless you want the COVID vaccine pushed onto you a thousand times, I would never waste any of my life in the presence of this joke of a human.

Horrible bedside manner from Dr. Korff and his medical staff that NEVER returned my phone calls/ multiple messages regarding an urgent healthcare concern. My visit with Dr. Korff was to establish care as I had a myriad of health concerns. He started off our visit with a comment "you're in a same sex partnership, i guess getting pregnant isn't a problem"- when i had come to the appointment to get a referral for serious reproductive health concerns. The nurse who took my vitals prior to his entering the room explained that a male scribe would be in the room with Dr. Korff but when he did a physical exam the scribe would have to leave the room. He never did. The scribe who was at the end of the exam bed looked straight at me as Dr. Korff abruptly lifted my gown without telling me what he was doing as I hadn't even laid down yet and then proceeded to push on my abdomen very hard without explaining what he was doing or communicating to let him know where and if it hurt. I had mentioned previously that I was suffering pain in the abdomen and he just pressed so hard without warning. He also mocked that I did self check breast exams as I am under the age of 40 (my grandmother had a double masectomy) and then offered abruptly to do an exam if I really felt concerned. Overall a horrible experience that left me in tears leaving the office and very frustrated as I got bad news and had to follow up with immediate care and Dr. Korff's office never made the transferral of information needed to my new doctor without constant phonecalls and frustration.

Still a satisfied patient of Dr. Korff after all these years!

I just had my second appointment with Dr. Korff and he’s great. The waiting time is short and the employees are very professional. He really seems to care about his patients. I definitely recommend him.
