Jennifer Ann Neff's Online Review Report Card

I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr Neff. I meet her on an urgent care visit when I had experienced falling and scraped my arm. But the answer to the problem was not in the simple remedy of bandaging the wound and out the door. She ordered other tests that found the reason for the fall was a lack of potassium and unearthed other potential problems. My only negative comment is that I am not able to have her as an primary care provider. Amazing doctor/patient report.

My experience was all positive. Dr. Jeff is very thorough & I didn’t feel rushed. She’s AWESOME!!

Very caring and makes you feel comfortable!

We have lived in Washington State now for 4 years and every time my two girls and I need to see our doctor here, we wish it was Dr. Neff. We had her for many years before moving away from Oceanside, and she treated us as if we were her family. My girls ALWAYS loved going to the doctor. She made every experience easy and amazing. I personally have never had a doctor seriously listen to me and make me feel like I matter. Every time she saw my girls, she would let them choose a cool rock, and they still have them. My (now 16yr old) has them displayed in her room for everyone to see. When people ask about them, she says they are her healing rocks from the best doctor she ever had. Dr. Neff is amazing, as we miss her terribly.

I've never been to this place but Dr Neff was my kid's doctor and my doctor in Minnesota oh so many years ago. My daughter's especially loved her as did I.it was so heart breaking to lose her. We think of her often. It's nice to see that she still doing such a great job for her patients.

Super awesome MD! Listens like she actually cares, offers great practical advice. I wish she was my PCP! What an asset to the community.

Went in for a cold, prescribed me some pill for coughing. Wouldn't prescribe me cough syrup that I actually needed. Now taking crappy NyQuil and still waking up at 3am coughing and sick. Told me this pill wouldn't make me drowsy so I can drive. Pharmacist told me it would make me drowsy and don't take it and drive.. would have to background check me just to get medication that I've gotten numerous times without needing a "background check"... I will gladly not be seeing her ever again. Complete waste of time and money. Go see a actual doctor. Nurse practitioners suck. Didn't know what she was talking about. Wouldn't recommend.

Dr Neff always makes you feel like you are important, you don’t feel rushed in and out but she’s very caring and thorough. Really cares about the whole person, not just one symptom/condition. Always looks deeper into the cause and it’s relationship to the condition/illness.

Dr. Jennifer Neff listened well to my concerns, created an integrated plan of care for me, and was extremely positive and encouraging in her approach.

Great doctor who's willing to look at the naturalistic side of healing as well.
