I have been taken in the back and forgotten for 45 minutes on several different occasions. They have offered more treatments but each time I go there something similar happens. I referred my son for treatments but I think I will be giving him a different option. I have three to four more treatments left and need to get it done but I dread going to this facility. I just feel like it is because I'm over 65. It's very awkward. 3 stars because once I receive the treatments they are beneficial.

wow i am sooo happy and more confident after my many experiences at LA cbad. i truly felt so at home with the girls here and it's like im with my best friends every time I get a treatment. Kaitlyn and Yvette are SO knowledgeable and made me feel so taken care of with my laser and botox appointments. I'm at laseraway carlsbad every weekend and i'm not mad about it 😂 thank you!

Purchased several areas of hair removal treatments from LaserAway Carlsbad. My issue is not with the quality of the treatments, but the lack of customer service by the front desk at this location. I am about half way through my purchased treatments and not sure l'll even complete them because the experience was that awful. If I do it most definitely will not be at the Carlsbad location. If you like to be treated poorly and to do business where the attitude towards the customer is indifference, well then this place might be for you.

To say life changing would be a start. I have suffered from skin and folic sensitivity for over 20 years. The process of LaserAway(ing) my legs and other such extremities has opened up showering daily again. Showering daily without itching or rashes. Feeling confident in shorts and tank tops. Not crying after bathing with ice packs struck to my legs because the itch or burn is so intense. No red bumps!!! ANYWHERE. LIFECHANGING and confidence boosting.
