Nakedmd Med Spa Carlsbad's Online Review Report Card

I had come in for lip filler and I had a pleasant experience at this location. The ladies at the front were super helpful and knowledgeable of each product and its purpose. After breaking down each filled and its intended purpose we agreed on the one that best suited my goal. After being cleared and having the numbing placed on my lips Jennifer came in and described the process. She began the treatment which was fine at first, but after she finished the first side the rest felt pretty rough. That could just be my bodies reaction to the syringe, but she was great with allowing me to take breaks or generally slowing down if the pain was too much. All in all, I would definitely come back in the future for the same service.

I've been going to Naked MD for almost 2 years! I used to drive half hour to La Jolla location, then was stoked they opened one in Carlsbad 25 closer where I live! I've always had a great experience, when emailing support for appts for questions they are always helpful and get back right away! I've had to rescheduled appt times last minute and it was never a problem/ the girls consulting with me before every service is so helpful and individualized , they are knowledgeable, ask and listen to your needs, pump you up and get exited for your treatment and also try to find ways to help you save money (Cherry etc) the Nurses are talented, so sweet and get it done while making it as comfortable as possible. After you leave, they follow up To make sure you got the results you wanted! Their offices are always clean, spacious and tastefully put together. Whether paying straight up, using Cherry or Affirm I'm always able to afford my services. Once finding Naked MD id never go anywhere else... and the great thing is I probably won't ever have to because there are many locations all over! Thanks Naked MD! Just had my Botox appointment with Jennifer - so knowledgeable and gentle great energy at the clinic overall, highly recommend NakedMD overall, but the Carlsbad location is 10/10 my fave. I've had lips done many times before and couldn't be happier

Jennifer was great and pleasant to work with. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a place to get dysport, however I usually get 10 units less than what I got and don't have movement. I have tons of movement and I'm so disappointed

I'm an entertainer and so my physical appearance is really important. I spent hours here and spent over $800. Their advertised tox isn't Botox, it's a Korean sister to Botox, that I was told was stronger; lasted longer and worked faster. So I got it in multiple places. No results. Not one difference in a single place. Wrinkles and movement everywhere. I went in for a post-op review, and they completely agreed. They even compared before and after photos and agreed. Then said "well it doesn't work on some people". Really! Stronger than Botox and doesn't work for over $800? I've spent over 4 hours of my time here, I was told I'd be getting a full refund 2 weeks ago. Still, nothing. I've emailed twice and called. Still nothing. Sarah is really sweet. But that's the only good thing I can say. If I don't get a refund in the next three business days, a call to a lawyer will be the next step. Not sure if it's a scam here, but buyer beware. With so many places around that offer the same services, I wouldn't waste your time. Disclaimer: I've had Botox for years; and it's always worked. I've also had dysport and xeonim both of which work. Botox is my preferred, I dnt digest anything quickly, and have been to several places across 4 states. I know exactly how many units of each I get and how quickly each work. I'm not a newbie by any means and have records to prove it.

Staff was very kind and informative. They made sure I was comfortable before my treatment which was appreciated. Loved the atmosphere!

I had an amazing experience with Naked Md! Not only was the staff sweet and attentive but the accommodations and complimentary services i received that day were great! The prices were out of this world affordable and i was provided with a free facial i walked out feeling glamorous and beautiful I will definitely be going back and recommending all my girlfriends to Visit Naked MD. Nurse Jennifer was so nice and did a great job she made me feel comfortable and was very gentle!

This was my first experience and everything was great! Nurse Jennifer did a wonderful job and my results are better than I thought they would be. Highly recommend the team at the Carlsbad location!
