Dr Paulson performed surgery on me. Didn't perform surgery correctly. Made me look much worse than before surgery. Let me with asymmetrical results. Have had several issues since surgery. Infections. Continuous bleeding. Scheduled appointment and he wouldn't answer any of my questions. Basically walked away. The nurse apologized for the fact that he didn't give me any answers. His advice after my 3 month appointment was to seek the advice/guidance/expertise of another Dr.!!! He comes across as less than trust-worthy. Will spend more time talking to you about how your going to pay for the surgery than he will about the actual surgery - That's your first clue to go somewhere else. That's your first clue that all he cares about is your money. Trust your instincts. DO NOT LET HIM CUT ON YOU! You will waste your money. It will affect your physical/mental health, and more importantly, he will not care. DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Had tummy tuck and breast augmentation surgery with Dr Paulson. Needed a revision at 6 months still have dog ears and a significant roll when I sit. Went for a second opinion and I'm told not enough skin was removed. I need dog ears revised,and lipo to correct the areas where coolsculpting did not work. He recommended I get that instead of liposuction now these areas are uneven and onky way to correct is with lipo. So I wasted $3,200 on that. His mood varies at each visit so you never know if he will be nice , or in a hurry and grumpy. Never takes notes of his consults so he never remembers what you discussed previously. His staff however is great super friendly and informative.

Dr. Paulson has been my doctor since 2001, for me he’s a great Doctor. I never walk away uninformed. He explains his corse of action and makes sure you know and comfortable with the plan at hand. I had my breast reconstructed due to a lumpectomy. He does good work, I’ve had know problems and I can see him once a year for rechecks or if I have any concern. My breats look just as good today as the day they were worked on. Thank You Dr Paulson

Our first appointment with Dr Paulson, his boundless knowledge and amiable personality made us decide to follow him. Dr Paulson was very patient in explaining all the questions to us, and we were reassured that the explanations and the questions we would encounter were all written down by hand. Apart from my own surgery, the whole IVF process went very smoothly without time delay and Dr Paulson personally called me several times to follow up on everything. I owe it all to Dr Paulson and his team for being seven weeks pregnant now. The feeling of being pregnant is amazing, it's like a miracle. He really is a very patient and very experienced doctor. Also worth mentioning is Dr Paulson's assistant, Teri. She has been following up the whole process and case. She is amazing at responding to emails and calling back very quickly, so all my questions can be resolved in a timely manner. She really cares about my various questions and issues. She always reassures you that you have been taking care of. HRC also has a lot of great nurses like Josephine, who helped me a lot too. I am very lucky to have found them. I can finally have a complete family.

If you know, you know. People come in and out of your life. As others have observed, there are those who touch your heart forever. Dr. Paulson is treasure. So humble he'll never admit it, he's a known celebrity among his peers, a rare balance of accomplished scholar, critical thinker, and masterful clinician. He is a gift to his patients and to reproductive endocrinology. His humanity, cautious optimism, and eternal passion for his field led to my success. This was in the face of other "big name" REI's deeming my eggs a lost cause due to age and repeated rounds of abnormal embryo testing results (with many blastocysts). I'll never forget his encouraging words, "We'll get there." To boot, his nursing team, Teri, Pam, and Josephine are stellar. Dr. Paulson and his team will always be family.

Dr. Paulson and his team are the best around! He helped make our dream of adding to our family a reality after many years of trying. He is kind, positive, responsive, knowledgeable and one of a kind. We are so lucky he didn't let us give up and never let us lose hope that our dream would someday come true. We are now blessed with a 4 month old little girl.

Dr. Paulson, Es el mejor doctor que encontre en esta etapa de mi vida y recomiendo a todas las personas que tienen este problema de infertilidad no pierdan su tiempo y dinero en otras clinicas su equipo es profesional specialmente Terry estubo en todo momento al pendiente de mi tratamiento. escribo mi experiencia para ayudar a otras mujeres que no cometan el error que cometi.Decidi hacer mi tratamiento cerca a mi casa por la comodidad y costo al final me salio mas caro y lo peor todas mis esperansas de tener una familia perdidas me dijo el doctor que por mi edad de 38 years ya no habia esperanzas de tener hijos sobre que hise 3 veces IVF ,me deprimi tanto y renuncie a todo lo que tenia ,nada tenia sentido para mi cada vez que veia a un bebe se me llenaba de lagrimas mis ojos y me renegaba de Dios y el tiempo que habia perdido solo dedicandome hacer dinero. Despues de meses no perdi mi esperanzas decidi checar con todas las clinicas de IVF en California son muchos pero nadie ofrece seguridad y resultado incluso e chequeado en diferentes paises nada de nada hasta q un familiar me recomendo USC fertility intente hacerlo una ultima vez en contra de mi esposo mis hermanos y papas por q me dijeron que me diera por convencido que jamas iba poder hijos en vez de eso que donara mi dinero a mis sobrinos y que ellos tambien habian checado mi caso y por mi edad ya habia perdido mi oportunidad de tener familia fue momentos duro para mi al no contar con ningun apoyo por que ya me habia gastado mas de 80 mil dolares , me decian que ya habia perdido el control de mi cabeza que entendiera que era imposible. antes intente hacer todo lo que hay en youtube videos las comidas semillas ,la verdad nada funsiona, mas recomiendo tomar agua purificada free BPA y semillas secas y mas frutas y vegetales mantener una buena dieta, el resto es mentira lo que dicen nada funsiona. Como mama les recomiendo jamas perder la esperanza y acudir a un buen doctor profesional con experiencia y buena clinica con prestigio tal vez cueste un poquito mas pero la calidad de trabajo y garantia es lo que cuenta.Por eso recomiento a esta clinica USC Fertiliy que ahora es HRC que son lo mismo. Esta clinica hacen mas estudios acerca de los nuevos estudios y avances que se estan dando en estos casos de infertilidad.

Dr. Paulson is the BEST REI in town. He is brilliant. He is kind and funny. He has really good bedside manners. He listens and cares. He is truly one of a kind and I am so thankful we ended up at USC with Dr. Paulson and his fantastic nursing team led by Teri (after 3 nightmare fertilty clinics). Dr. Paulson and Teri answered my questions and returned my emails promptly and really made me feel at ease and calmed my nerves throughout my fertilty treatment and pregnancies. I am so thankful for Dr. P and Teri and would recommend Dr. Paulson and his team 10/10!

This is my very first Yelp review, but it was too important to not share my thoughts because Dr. Paulson can literally change your life. He changed mine. I was transferred to Dr. Paulson when my original fertility doctor (who I had chosen because she was a very smart & accomplished friend of mine from college) left the practice to do something slightly different. Because we had a personal relationship, I trusted her to leave me in the best hands & she did. Dr. Paulson was a gift. I went through 3 rounds of IVF with Dr. Paulson, using eggs that I had frozen over a decade ago. I got pregnant on the first and third tries. The first pregnancy was identical twins which was a lot for me to process because I am a single mother with a demanding career. Dr. Paulson delivered the unexpected news with care letting me know that something very special had happened when he saw 2 heartbeats. The nursing staff (especially Pamela) was also very supportive. I miscarried at 8 weeks and again was impressed with how this unfortunate news was conveyed. Dr. Paulson looked for the 2 heartbeats for some time, but just could not find them. He clearly didn't want to tell me, but when it was conclusive, he was straightforward and compassionate. I felt his heart break a little when he told me. That's when he really won me over. Overall, Dr. Paulson is direct and consultative. He is clearly a well respected academic and incredibly smart. I trusted him and took his advice along my entire journey. At one point early on in my second pregnancy, I thought I had miscarried. As soon as I saw Dr. Paulson, he immediately put me at ease and said everything could be just fine. He was right. I am now the proud mama to an amazing little girl and I owe it all to him. If you like a no b.s. kind of approach, he's the doctor for you. While he may not be warm & fuzzy, he is a leader in his field and I personally appreciated his no nonsense style. And beneath his semi-tough exterior is a very big heart. He's an incredible doctor for whom I will be forever grateful.
