List of San Diego Ear, Nose And Throat Specialists's Reviews
San Diego ENT Specialists delivered great customer service from the initial booking to the appointment. The doctors and NPs were very attentive and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!
Well I don't usually get impressed, but this place is like family, friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming, highly recommend !!
The team and Dr are amazing. They were able to treat my son and didn’t have to wait 4 months or 6 to get treated. The turn around on time was amazing. The team has been following up with me every day on my sons evolution. They really do have the best interest of the patient and I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for taking care of my son and making this a pleasant experience.
I came to SDENT Specialists 5 years ago struggling with an ear infection that was affecting my hearing. My primary care doctor (at that time) suggested this was something I could live with. My husband made an appt for me with Dr. Dent. And we started on a journey to figure out what was happening. It took several visits and a bunch of tests but Dr. Dent came up with a plan of attack. The troubles didn't clear up quickly, but with perseverance and regular check-ups, we were able to clear up the problem and restore my hearing. Now I check in every 2 years. I would highly recommend Dr. Dent and the entire staff. They listen, they care, and they help.
I got an appt for the same day and the office was professional in every way.
10/10 Just had a lovely experience. Kristen Mohr and Audrey Covington made the experience especially exceptional, but everyone I interacted with was very nice and the overall experience was great. Kristen Mohr, PA-C (PA; discussion of results/plan): Wow, what a knowledgeable individual. They answered all my questions in a wonderfully comprehensive way. I never felt rushed. Their explanations were stellar. They explained complex biological information in the most accessible way and really broke down the care plan in an understandable way that will certainly make it easy to follow. They even wrote down notes for me on the printouts to make sure I had all the information within reach. I wish they worked in every specialty because I would book an appointment with them for everything. There was someone else in the room at the same time when I met with Kristen who I didn't really speak with but who also seemed nice. It was great to have someone else taking notes during the appointment because, sometimes when the provider takes notes while conducting the appointment it feels like they are just checking off boxes on the computer. But I think this allowed Kristen to really connect with me while she provided the information. It was a nice touch. Audrey Covington (Medical Assistant): So incredibly sweet. Great experience with them interpersonally. We even got to exchange some book recommendations :) Front desk staff (Brienna and Bria): Super nice and welcoming. They also seemed to be helpful toward each other during the check-in process, which was really lovely to see. Great experience. Audiologist (Linda Goldstein, Au.D.): I didn't talk with them much but they were nice. Office: Clean, quiet, pleasant music playing. Overall: Everything was quick and very pleasant. I was seamlessly passed off from one appointment to the next. I really appreciated that both appointments were done one right after each other, without me having to schedule or request separate appointments or return on another day (because who has time for that?). My 1st appointment was the audiology exam with Linda Goldstein. Then my 2nd appointment was the discussion of the audiology exam results and care plan with Kristen Mohr. It all happened one right after the other with basically no waiting in between. The experience today was so nice that I knew I had to write a review (both here and on Google reviews) to give credit to everyone (and to the office as a whole). I truly hope everyone who needs these services finds this place.

I had gone to two local ENT doctors and was very unhappy. My primary care doctor recommended San Diego ENT they were wonderful. I was helped by the PA Kristen MOHR who was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable pleasant she made me feel so comfortable. And solve my problem I highly highly recommend her plus everyone there was great.
Kristen was so thorough and so sweet and so enthusiastic about educating me about the possibilities and probabilities that it gave me confidence about a solution to my problem. Of course, her prediction was correct, I’m feeling a 100x better, and I would feel great about seeing her again.
Very professional and everyone was very nice! Thank you. I have learned about my ear through clear explanations from the staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
