I still recommend Dr Wells. She's a really great doctor.

Dr Zane has been my primary for over 15 years and I cannot say enough good things about him. Very professional, thorough, empathetic and ALWAYS there for you when you need him. Dr Zane has also encouraged me to become healthier and always leads me in the right direction. Good Doctors are hard to find but this Scripps has one of the BEST in North County. In addition his staff is always respectful and professional. Thank you Dr Zane and Scripps staff for all that you do!

I had a wonderful experience at the Lab/X-ray area. Megan was so kind and friendly! Thanks for loving what you do! It shows and I appreciate you!

I will never go to any scripps again. I arrived in the evening with extreme and unbearable pain in my low abdomen and was violently throwing up. After they took me back, they let me lay there screaming at the top of my lungs in pain, and would not give my anything, it was not busy, the Dr said he didn't think it was an emergency. I eventually was given something an hour later. I believe this was a pancreatic attack and the Dr said my levels weren't that high but I read if these symptoms have been going on for more that a couple of days, that test won't show it. Why do I know this and he doesn't? There was no compassion from any of the staff. This was my second occurrence in a week. Then after I got the bill all they would give me is 10% off for being treated horribly! I tried not to give them any stars but it won't take it.

Lab ReviewThis place is a piece of work!!Last week they attempted to draw blood from my 3 yr old. The staff tried 7 times to find the vein in her arm pulling and poking and pulling and poking all the while my daughter is screaming her head off. She said she had to "keep doing it because it was her last needle". So we called the Lab Management, useless as hell- you can tell they are clearly only worried about possible issues they will be liable for...My daughter is traumatized by the events, hopefully it is not permanent.Lab Staff- you know how to reach us, if you actually want to display actual concern.Update:Thank you for your response. We have contacted them as well. Funny thing is nobody is reaching out to us... that is why I'm reviewing on google, so people know what to expect when they visit your location.

This clinic is not properly connected to the rest of the Scripps system and is a nightmare to deal with.  Stay away from this provider.  They are incapable of communicating with the rest of their own organization.

Clean and friendly people but sometimes you could be waiting 30min to an hour or more if the Dr is behind and never an apology. I've been late to work because of this, luckily I was able to let the boss know.

Love love love this office! The doctors here are beyond amazing and I always get treated with respect and a smile. I’m so happy to finally have found my place to go.
