List of Sharp Community Medical Group's Reviews
Although they were nice, sadly they were unable to perform a routine blood draw. Both people seemed very inexperienced even though one claimed to be the most experienced on staff when I requested someone more experienced. They tried three times and failed. Kaiser has no problem drawing my blood in 5 seconds.
I was satisfied there were professional waited a little bit but I know they're busy for overall I'll give him a good rating
The gentleman at the front counter was kind and personable. It was complete craziness everywhere else confusion of which rooms patients were in. I was walked in on twice. Staff arguing with each other in the hall. The room I was placed in had not been cleaned from the previous patient and the X-ray tech who was awesome actually changed the paper on the examination table. They actually forgot I was there until X-ray tech informed that I was still in room waiting.
Great staff!! Friendly. Efficient. Competent. Every person that I had contact with was professional and kind. I highly recommend this site
Friendly, quick service
Alex is an excellent therapist, very knowledgeable and personable. He remembers each of his patients in detail. Genuinely cares about his patients.
Really long wait times, around 90 minutes the last two times I’ve been there. But the employees are great, very friendly and even enthusiastic for this. They need to get some sort of text notification like restaurants use when you’re next up. Also a white board/screen in the lobby to see when you’re close, if you’re waiting inside.
It was a quick, easy process with the Concentra Team as I went through the preemployment process of a drug screening, physical and respirator fit testing. A small hiccup occurred with my paperwork and the front desk team (Guadalupe and another woman) were patient and pleasant while I made phone calls. The team was thorough on drug screening, respirator fit test, and preemployment physical. The PA, Anna Lissa, advocated for my health while remaining professional and efficient. Not because of Concentra, I had to return for an unscheduled second respirator fit test. Darren was patient, clearly communicated, and thorough with the testing process. I was frustrated needing to return a second time (again, not because Concentra missed anything) and it was nice to be cared for with professional compassion.Great job team! Thanks for the care!
For accupuncture in Oceanside it was very poor. Clinician was very flustered, not therapeutic, unresponsive to client requests & needsPA, Anna in Carlsbad was very good, knowedgable & professional.
Staff was friendly, energetic and organized - especially Garrett! I would recommend waiting outside/or in your car and asking them to text you when your appointment time is ready - rather than waiting in the small, low airflow, not much room between chairs - lobby. I would have but I didn’t know it was an option. Good experience otherwise!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
