List of Mogo Urgent Care - Carmel's Reviews
After waiting for 40 minutes for the scheduled appointment, they told me that the doctor is busy and I need to book a new appointment.
Lovely facility and expert care.
Fantastic staff. Thorough. Excellent.
Well, this is the third or fourth time I've had to visit mogo... and their "service" has gotten worse with each experience. This time they turned away my 96 year old mother because she took too long to pee in a cup! No, she was not there for a urine test because she was applying for a job- she's 96! She was sick with a urinary tract problem! And mofogo turned her away: "Go to chomp, they'll shove in a catheter, no problem," they said... then "Goodbye..."Who's in a hurry!? Why not wait? How dare you, you heartless jerks!?Needless to say I would not recommend this miserable spawn of greedy chomp to anybody, let alone a friend. And if they have the gall to send us a bill for this DISservice I may get really upset...
I went to Mogo Carmel today for a sinus infection. I had the best experience. I was greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk. The waiting room was clean. And, they even offered me coffee or tea. I didn't have to wait long before being brought back to a room. Both the assistant and the nurse practitioner were very thorough and personable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Awful experience! Made an appointment online for 10:45am. Got there and waited 15 minutes for a room. Nurse brought me in and asked why I came in and I told her for a Stye. She then left and said a provider would be in shortly. After waiting 20 min. the lights powered off! I got up and then they turned back on! I waited another 10 min (30min total) then finally went out and asked how much longer and the gal replied I'm not sure, then another person I'm guessing the provider told me that there was an emergency and that she is checking someone out then she will go over my chart. Waited another 5 min. then was asked to take an eye test.....not sure why but I did it then went and waited another 5 min.. provider came in took a look at my eye and said yep I'll give you a prescription for drops and to put warm tea bags on it. Took a total of 1 hour to be told that. Got home and read my after visit and it said that the provider gave me a complete physical, which she NEVER looked in my ears, nose, throat, skin and listen to my heart. Never did any of that but wrote down that everything looked normal. The estimate charge is $425.00!! I will never be going to this place again!
Great professional service with a warm and supportive atmosphere
Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and helpful, from the front desk to nurse and PA, excellent care!! Plus a follow up call! I live in the desert and our urgent cares are not like this!! Very Pleased and thankful for the care!
I was treated well and seen fairly quickly. The Nurse Practitioner was open to listening to my (long standing) previous history of the problem and solutions. Within a couple of days I could see that the meds weren't really working that well and I was planning to call in the next day (Wednesday) I was so excited that the NP actually called me Tuesday evening (to follow up) and I was able to let her know what was going on. She indicated that she would call in a different prescription to my pharmacy. The next morning, I called my pharmacy and they had nothing ready so I called the facility to find out what was going on. Unfortunately the nurse practitioner that I had seen and that had indicated she would call in a new prescription, had not done so. The practitioner that was there today said that I would have to be seen again... Another co-pay and another waiting time to tell me that I still have a kidney infection and I need a different antibiotic. This is asinine! Duh! I'm a retired nurse and I have dealt with this for 40+ years. Eventually, a medication will stop working and you have to try a different one. It's not rocket science. Nurse Practitioner dropped the ball. 2nd Practitioner fumbled the recovery. Who suffers? As usual, the patient. Very sad.
The doctor and all the staff were compassionate and professional. Everything was impeccably clean. Everyone was very courteous

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
