List of Dheeraj Kamra's Reviews
25 years of good visits
Dheeraj is a great doctor and the real deal. He is very trustworthy and i highly recommend him.
I wish I could leave negative stars. The worst experience I ever had with a physician. Doctor was very insensitive, did not listen, never followed up, and never responded to my urgent request for a referral to a nephrologist or urologist when I had kidney stones.
He didn't care for my grandma at all. She had mental health problems, fused disks, COPD, broken hip & wrist and other health problems. He never examined her during the appt & it only lasted 5-10 min. He had her on 12 medications or more at points & I told him it was too much. She was in and out of the hospital & never took me seriously when I told him how fast she was deteriorating regarding her all around health. She got to 90 lbs. I went to a new doctor & he was shocked at all the meds she had and how many medical issues she had. Kamra did less than bare minimum. Referrals was really bad, I had to fight with her all the time to get her to look for doctors. She once told me I had you find my own doctor & see if they take her insurance & I asked her what her job description was. After leaving my grandma got in much better shape, however, her new doctor didn't want to change any meds until her blood tests came back. Now, she is in the ICU & all those meds played a role in weakening her.

Dr. Kamra is never in the office, you mostly get seen by someone different & Dr. Kamra is always in a rush to get you out. The front desk don’t always pick-up the phone, so you have to keep calling back. Their prescriptions policy states it takes 72 hours to order a prescriptions, but really it’s been 5 days for me, which is too long. Be sure to get a receipt when you pay, because they do not keep good records, and will try to charge you twice. Because of his staff I would not recommend.

Dr. Kamra is a wonderful and very smart doctor. He made me feel it is important for him to provide the best of healthcare, that he asked a lot of questions, was through, kind, made me feel that he cares about me as a patient, not in a hurry to get to his next patient. Plus I see the doctor when go there and not an assistant as in some doctors' office.

HORRIBLE!!!! I just left there after begin ignored for almost an hour. I showed up at 1:39PM for a 1:45 check in for a 2PM appointment. At 2:30PM, after watching 5-6 patients come and go I went to the front desk and told them to cancel my appointment. I told her the timeline of my visit and she stammered out some weak apology. I told her that she either did it on purpose (My name was lined through on the sign in sheet... so she clearly knew I was there) or she was inept. She just stared at me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
