This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. This hospital is in sad shape the floors are filthy it takes forever to see anybody.The employees I deal with were very pleasant and professional but obviously they were not happy working there please call emergency room has a dark side atmosphere I would never seen my dog here if he was sick.

Please people if u don't have money they don't care I would rather die on the street then go to the hospital it's all hospital Sutter mercy Kaiser Permanente they keep the rich richer the poorer poor please leave a review make sure it's bad Cuzz that's the truth

I will say that most of the staff was pretty personable and friendly but I am rating this hospital just as I would rate most right now. Just like at this visit I have had some serious things wrong with me with testing to show them that needed immediate attention but unless you are bleeding out dying they just tell you to go home and make an appointment to see your doctor. My primary care doctor doesn’t even have available appointments for 2-3 months out and when I see a doctor on call they don’t do anything to help because they don’t want to step on my doctors toes. I’m very disappointed with doctors and hospitals. They chose not to help me and it could cost me my life. I’ve been told that the problem could be that I have Medi-cal but I’m not sure if that’s the case.

I had surgery on 11/19/21 and was cared by a nurse named sherlynn. Seriously the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and just over all made me feel so well taken care of. You’re definitely in luck if you get her as your nurse, an experience I will truly never forget.
