Dr. Chu and all of her staff are fabulous. She is the finest most intelligent optometrist I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Dr. Chu listens to you and makes you feel heard. She explains what she finds in terms regular folks can relate and understand without making you feel you you’re being talked down to. Dr. Chu really cares! Thank you Dr Chu and Susan too for the guilt if continued good vision and care.

I started there in the 90s - when Dr. Chu took over the practice. It is now the year 2022 and truly she is an excellent optometrist. I now live 10 miles away and no matter where I go, will forever be dedicated to her due diligence and providing top notch eye care services to my entire family. I absolutely adore Dr. Chu and her entire staff and very grateful that she has taken care of my eye health needs.

After narrowing down who my new optometrist would be, I called to find out they are closed on Wednesdays. I was so ready for Thursday, only to find out that Dr. Chu isn't taking any more patients.

The best in LA. Dr.Chu is so through and is very professional as well as all the other staff especially Suzanna! I have been a patient since I was a kid and previous family members before me have been coming to her because we trust her just that much. The staff also takes great measures in being clean and sanitizing everything after every patient! They take care of their patients. And if you get anxious at eye doctors, like I do, as if you're being rushed trust me you dont have to worry about that here! They are the complete opposite. They will never rush you and genuinely want you to be happy with your glasses. I moved some years ago yet still take the hour and a half drive, if that gives you any idea of just how good Dr.Chu and the staff here are. Because you and I both know gas isn't cheap lol

We have been looking for a patient and honest optometrist, well we found it. Dr Chu and her staff are wonderful, our entire family of four went today and all had a great experience. The entire staff was extremely find and knowledgeable, absolutely no push to upsell in any way. Very patient when we tried on a ton a different frames. The Doctor was very thorough and made sure to run thru all required test for each fam member. Prices were fair and a great selection of frames. We're extremely happy that their our new optometrist...

Dr. Amy Chu is great. My daughters who are teenagers will only see her. We drive all that way from Corona to see her. Susana is very knowledgeable and explains the insurance benefits clearly.

I have been coming to Dr.Chu's office for many years, she's the best and so is her staff! Super friendly and very thorough. She takes her time with each patient, does not rush and really takes the time to get to know them! Staff goes over insurance coverages in detail and answers any questions you may have. They also have a wide selection of glasses, so hard to choose just one! Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an amazing optometrist. And with the times, the office has taken the proper Covid precautionary measures. There is a covid survey to fill out, hand sanitizer in the office, and temperature checks upon entry. Stay safe everyone!
