After countless awful experience at different dentist offices, Care dental center has been exceptional at being a safe place for me to go for a dental visits. I have been made to feel cared for and of importance when it comes to any of my questions or concerns, by the Dr. and the front office ladies. I highly recommend care dental center if you're looking to have a smooth experience and or transition with your dental health!

Care dental center took great care of me no pain was felt with Dr Alex he made sure I was comfortable and Gloria and wake helped me out as well thank you so much care dental center I will be back

My fiancée went in for an appointment and ended up waiting nearly an hour without ever being seen. After about 45 minutes, she asked how much longer it would be, and the staff said they were just setting up the room and she'd be taken in soon. But another 15 minutes went by--still nothing. No update, no apology, no sense of urgency. She eventually walked out after wasting a full hour of her time.It's unacceptable to make a patient wait that long without communication or care. We understand delays happen, but the lack of respect and follow-through here was disappointing.

Had a 10:30 appointment at Care Dental Center. After waiting for a full hour with no explanation or update, I left without ever being seen. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients' time.

I want to share my experience I had with care dental office at 101 w carson blvd I am a 70 year old handicap who went in to get 1 implant tooth I came out after paying over 5 thousand dollars with a crown that fell out after 4 months when I went back to get it replace I was told the first doctor who worked on me had quit the second doctor told me my tooth was not prep right this is why it fell out he fixed my tooth gave me another temporary. Crown I was called and told my insurance refused to pay for another crown I offered to pay more cash Gloria the office manager said she will call me back with a price to pay to get my dental work finish I am still waiting for-the treatment to get finishI received at this office is horrible one time I was so upset I broke out in tears when the doctor was working on me because every time I go In They come up with everything except what I was told that was wrong the last I just want to get finish using this Dentist I will have to go and get a second option to get My dental work finishBuyer beware using this office they are not handicap friendly this is office at 101 carson blvd carson.only 3106260936

This is my first and last year going here. They say they take your insurance but each visit I end up paying over $400. Today I was scheduled for an annual cleaning at 9:30am wasn't seen until 10am, then I get back there Dr. took less then 5min to looked at my XRs, teeth, and gums said everything looked good, gums look healthy, and no cavities. Then the hygienist comes and says I have two POSSIBLE cavities and said he could take care of it but it will cost $450 because apparently my insurance doesn't cover it. When I asked where are the cavities on the XRs he responded with "oh you won't be able to see them because they are not fully developed but can become cavities one day." This is not the first time this happened to me here. Every visit I get up charged because my insurance doesn't cover certain things they recommend. When I was leaving, this lady was also complaining about the same thing which made me feel a little better because at least I'm not the only one who was getting up charged, if you could find any other dentist in Carson other than this place, I would definitely recommend.

I've been bringing my kids here for years. Very welcoming atmosphere with friendly front/back office staff, & Drs! Jenny, Jessica, Esme, Ashley, Gloria, heck all of the beautiful girls upfront are awesome! My son is autistic and he loves coming to this dentist office because they make him feel at ease & comfortable. My daughter comes every 6wks to see Ortho Dr, first Dr. Layla & now Dr. Hayden both very professional, kind, and greets us with big smiles. They answer all my questions & are very knowledgeable & informative with treatment & services. Today is Halloween and the front office were dressed up and were so happy when they saw my daughter dressed as well lol. Thank you Care Dental center!
